I want to let you know how much we appreciate the opportunity to get to know you and how honored we are each time you make the decision to add a CorkSport part to your Mazda build. Over the past few years we have grown by leaps and bounds and it has been amazing to watch CorkSport mature into the company it is today. We celebrated our 14th year in business in April.
It’s my belief that when you work with CorkSport, you’re working with me personally and I want to assure you that you can buy with confidence. We work to improve your buying experience every day and track our customers purchase experience and satisfaction levels closely to monitor our progress.
We’ve had a few growing pains recently and if you have made a purchase from us in the past few months, you may have experienced a higher likelihood of dissatisfaction than we’ve seen in the past. Not to worry, we’ve made the necessary adjustments!
We want you to know that we are listening and here are the two biggest sources of dissatisfaction that we have heard:
- Backorders: We’ve had unprecedented back orders in the past few months. We did not anticipate demand well enough. We’ve learned from this and should have them back under control within the next few weeks. Please know that we hate them as much as you do, if that is possible!
Packaging errors: Our growth has brought new staff. With new staff comes inexperience. With inexperience come mistakes. We double check every part that is packaged yet some still slip through the cracks every once in a while. It causes me personal pain (literally) every time we miss-step. Rest assured, Kelly (and our entire team) works very hard to take care of every unhappy customer. If you need anything, please let her know. She is amazingly successful at resolving any issues that may arise.
I personally guarantee that any issue brought to my attention will be resolved to the best of our ability. Feel free to contact me.
Back to the good stuff! We recently purchased a dyno of our own. This will speed up development and release of new parts. This also allows us to resume tuning cars. We’ve got some surprises in store in this department.
You’ll see nearly a product a week released for the rest of the year. We’ve got coilovers along with several other suspension parts, motor mounts, and a few top secret parts we are sure are going to upset some competitors.
We continue to keep our ear to the tracks. Nearly all of our product development is guided by your product ideas. We incorporate feedback on Facebook as well as twitter and the forums into almost every product we bring to market.
Look for us on the major forums, we’re there contributing to the dialogue. We send out surveys every few weeks to a month after you purchase. We read every response and have people dedicated to following up on them.
