We are proud to introduce the CorkSport HPFP Rebuild kit for the Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6, and Mazda CX-7 Turbo. Replace every seal in your HPFP with a brand new, E85 safe O-ring/X-ring made to exact OEM specifications. The perfect reliability upgrade to install with your CS HPFP internals, we even include new hardware and a security Torx bit to help the install go smooth. Read on for more details and be sure to give us a call if you have any questions!
While the HPFP internal upgrade is a must-have mod for any Speed, the rest of the HPFP is commonly ignored. As the cars get older and ethanol blends are used more often, the factory O-rings can begin to break down, causing fuel dilution in your oil, and the potential for HPFP failure. The CS HPFP rebuild kit replaces all your seals so you can be confident that your HPFP is performing exactly as intended.
With the MS3 and MS6 coming out right around the time ethanol mixes in gasoline were becoming more common, it’s hard to say if the HPFP system was ever designed with ethanol in mind. We spent months researching and testing on a car and in isolated conditions to find the best O-ring material for gasoline and ethanol blends. Each seal in the CS HPFP rebuild kit uses this material so your Speed will operate properly no matter if you’re using the standard pump gas E10 mix, and E30 mix, or even straight E85!
To ensure the correct size for all seals, we were lucky enough to come across a zero mile DISI MZR engine. The HPFP was disassembled and all seals were carefully measured to ensure each O-ring exactly matches the OEM specification. We even had tooling made to produce a custom X-ring that matches the exact specification of the OEM X-ring. This is vital as the X-ring fits on your HPFP piston and needs a precise fit to ensure an OEM quality seal between the fuel chamber and your cam follower.
Lastly, we include hardware to replace the annoying Torx screws that are used in the OEM HPFP assembly. The small security Torx can be notoriously difficult to remove, so we even include a bit to help with removal. As with all CS products, the HPFP rebuild kit comes with full-color installation instructions to guide you through the rebuild and ensure you know where each and every component goes.
We are happy to introduce the CorkSport Carbon Fiber Engine Cover for 2014-2018 Mazda 3, 2014-2018 Mazda 6 non-turbo up to 03/02/2018 build date, 2013-2017 Mazda CX-5, and 2016-2020 Mazda CX-3!
Add some much-needed flair to the engine bay of your Mazda in 10 minutes or less. Offered in two different REAL carbon fiber weave patterns with 4 choices of CS emblem colors so you can personalize your look to match your build. Read on for full details and check out the images!
The CS carbon engine cover spices up your Mazda’s engine bay with a fantastic 100% real carbon fiber. You have your choice of weave between a regular 2×2 twill weave or “forged” carbon for a little extra cost. The forged carbon was originally developed by Lamborghini and uses chopped strands of carbon instead of the traditional carbon cloth for a unique appearance. Both are finished in high gloss for a truly great look!
Each CorkSport engine cover is designed to be a direct replacement for your OEM engine cover. We used an OEM cover when creating the design so you can be sure it will fit and look just like OEM. All OEM mounting locations were replicated and then securely bonded to the carbon. The covers sit right where they’re supposed to and don’t cause any vibrations or rattles!
We finished off the CorkSport CF engine cover with a custom billet aluminum “CS” logo badge. It offers a nice finishing touch that replicates the Mazda badge on the OEM cover. To give it your personal touch, four different anodize colors are available: blue, red, black, and silver. Each color looks great with the carbon background, whether you want a stealthy black look or bright red to match your car’s paint and your CS intake!
If you’re looking to add some flair to your engine bay and impress at your local car meet, check out the CorkSport Carbon Fiber Engine Cover. Be sure to check out the product listing for more pictures and don’t hesitate to give us a call with any questions, we’re happy to help!
Carbon Fiber Engine Cover Release December 3rd, 2020Sky
If you’re looking for big power (500+whp) potential for your Mazdaspeed 3 and don’t want to be held back by your intake system then look no further!
Introducing the CorkSport 4” Intake system for ’07-’13 MS3 (Gen1 and Gen2). Featuring mandrel bent piping, a billet MAF housing, and a large aFe dry flow filter; you can get the benefits of a huge 4” intake with the easy fitment of a smaller intake. We went back to the drawing board for this intake to optimize both fitment and performance. Read on for details!
We truly started from scratch to ensure the best fitment for this intake. The main change is the way the silicone couplers attach to the turbo inlet pipe. To get the pipe as close to the engine as possible for easy fitment, we use a custom-designed coupler off the compressor of the turbo. The 4” intake pipe fits straight into this, making install just that little bit easier. The biggest change though came at the MAF housing connection.
Instead of using a silicone coupler between the turbo inlet pipe and the MAF housing, the billet MAF housing is TIG welded directly onto the turbo intake pipe. This further helps fitment and helped us maximize filter size (more on that later). What this means is that you end up with a four-inch intake that takes up less room than some 3.5” intakes on the market while retaining the OEM mounting points and OEM BPV, PCV, and boost vent ports. It even fits with our 51R battery box!
The benefit of a 4” intake system is in the flow capacity. Moving up in intake size, even from a 3.5” to 4” offers an increase in maximum flow capacity. A bigger intake equals the potential for a larger volume of air ingested by the engine, which equals bigger power potential. You also increase the maximum airflow that can be read by the MAF sensor before it peaks, but you must get a tune to scale the MAF sensor.
So what does this mean for power gains? Typically, a lower horsepower car will not see a power bump but, big power MS3’s can see an increase in power, just by reducing the airflow restriction before the turbo. While you may not quite be at a 3.5” intake’s limit at 600WHP, moving to a 4” intake will increase the efficiency of your build and reduce the strain on your turbo, with a chance at some extra ponies along the way!
Increasing piping diameter only does so much if you have a highly restrictive filter. We focused heavily on fitting the biggest filter we could to minimize restriction coming from the filter. We chose aFe’s Pro Dry S material for great filtration and flow, without having to worry about an oiled filter dirtying the MAF sensor. Check out the image below comparing the new 4” intake filter to the filter used on our 3.5” intakes. The new filter’s media is larger than the entire old filter!
While the new CorkSport 4” Intake may be a bit different from our normal intakes, we kept the same billet MAF housing design. A billet machined MAF housing ensures accurate and consistent diameter around the MAF sensor itself vs just using a pipe or plastic MAF housing while also letting us have a TRUE 4-inch inner diameter. This ensures that once calibrated, your MAF sensor will read stable and accurate. To be extra sure MAF readings are great, we pre-install air straighteners to ensure your MAF is getting clean and straight air.
With the consistent CNC machine inner diameter at a true 4 inches and the integrated air straighteners, you can daily drive your Speed with this 4-inch intake system and have MAF sensor range over 900whp.
Each CorkSport 4” Intake System is made from mandrel bent 4” 6061 aluminum tubing for smooth airflow directly into your turbo. The billet aluminum MAF housing is TIG welded into position, as are all ports and brackets to ensure long-lasting strength. Each intake is finished off in a wrinkle black powder coat for a clean look that will match just about any engine bay. We also include your choice of 4-ply reinforced silicone coupler for the turbo inlet. We have 4”, 3”, and OEM diameter silicones so you can be sure your turbo with work great with the CS 4” intake. To finish it off, we include stainless steel T-bolt clamps for the connections, to prevent any vacuum leaks.
The CorkSport 4 Inch Intake System is a complete package that can help you make big power on your Speed 3. Increase flow capacity and filter size to help that turbo breath better so you can make more power for longer. Check out the product listing for more images and don’t hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions!
We are back with another product release for you CX-5 owners! Say hello to the CorkSport Aluminum Skid Plate for 2017+ Mazda CX-5. Using our tried and true 11 gauge aluminum construction and 2-piece design, the CS skid plate adds some much needed protection to the underside of your CX5. Whether you use your CX-5 for camping, extra snow protection, or as a slammed show car, the CorkSport skid tray is a perfect fit for your build along with our axle-back exhaust! Read on for full details!
The OEM splash shield does a good job at its intended purpose: to smooth the air under your car for efficiency and keep your engine bay components dry. Any impact from road debris, rocks, or even a pesky speed bump though can easily crack or tear off your plastic splash shield leaving you without any protection. The CorkSport Skid Plate replaces the easily broken OEM unit with a full aluminum skid tray that can take a beating. We’ve used and abused these skid trays at the track (and some off-track excursions…) on our Mazda 3’s over the years and they have proven themselves to be sturdy, even withstanding the stresses of the 25 hours of Thunderhill! The CS skid tray will offer better protection for your engine so you can be less worried about your CX-5 when you take it camping on rocky forest roads, up to the mountain through snow & ice, or slam it and take it to shows.
To offer the best experience possible for you all, we have carefully CAD designed the CX-5 skid plate to mount directly in place of the OEM splash shield. This means no drilling, cutting, trimming, or headaches during the hour or less install. We kept the OEM style 2-piece design for further easy installation plus, the bonus of adjustability for minor variation vehicle to vehicle and cheaper shipping! Finally, there is an oil access cover just like OEM that you can move out of the way to easily change your oil and filter.
Each CorkSport CX-5 skid tray is made from laser-cut and precision formed 5052 aluminum. This ensures a consistent product for each of you that will stand the test of time and the elements. Included with each kit is all the extra hardware needed for installation. This includes stainless steel button head bolts that fasten the skid tray to the vehicle. These provide great corrosion resistance and won’t snag as easily as a traditional hex head bolt. We also include Torx screws for the oil access cover. This style of screw prevents the head from stripping after repeated oil changes which are typical with a traditional Phillips head screw.
If you’re looking to add some protection to the underbody of your 2017+ CX-5, look no further than the CorkSport Aluminum Skid Tray! Be sure to check out the product listing for more images and don’t hesitate to call us with any questions.

Love your new Mazda 3 but find yourself missing some excitement? Already have our Short Ram Intake and out Strut Tower Bar? CS has come to help. We are proud to announce the CorkSport Axle Back Exhaust for 2019+ Mazda 3 & CX-30! Add some much-needed volume to your 4th GEN and help the engine breathe while doing so. It’s a great balance of growl under hard acceleration, yet quiet while cruising, plus you get a nice visual boost to the back of your ride. Read on for full details, and be sure to check out the product video for sound clips! (Mazda3 pictured below is OE ride height. If you are looking for more low, check out our 4th Gen Mazda 3 Lowering Springs!)
The CorkSport ABE replaces the restrictive OEM muffler section with high flowing, mandrel bent 304 stainless steel piping and a pass-through resonator. This allows for a great sound that is just loud enough to make your backroads journey fun without ruining your daily commute. The tone is deep with some nice growl to it that you’ll love to hear. Due to the unique, offset inlet flange, we ended up going with the single asymmetrical resonator for the best tone combined with drone elimination. We tested multiple resonator combinations before determining the single long resonator was the best setup.
The sound was not our only focus, however. We’ve increased the piping diameter to minimize flow restrictions in the exhaust. The piping diameter was increased from the OEM of 50-55mm (depending on where you measure) to 63.5mm (2.50 inch). The OEM muffler section has a lot of twists, turns, and flow restriction to quiet down your Sky-G. The free flowing resonator eliminates this flow restriction, and when combined with the larger piping, lets the 2.5 breathe better.
The sound and performance also comes with a visual gain. Exhaust tips are increased in size up to 90mm to better fill in the bumper cutouts of the BP Mazda 3. Each tip is dual wall construction that uses a rotated slant cut design. This helps the tips follow the curve of the bumper just like the OEM tips. Each tip is finished off with a laser engraved CorkSport name badge for a nice detail.
The GEN4 Mazda 3 exhaust also allowed us to bring in a feature we have never had before: adjustable tip length. Each tip is attached using a slip fitting and exhaust band clamp to provide secure and exhaust-leak-free performance. This slip fitting gives you up to 10mm of length adjustment to really dial in the look you’re going for. That is not even the best part though! We are offering three different tip length options for you all to choose from: Hatchback, Hatchback w/Appearance Kit, Sedan, and CX-30.
The sedan tip option is the longest in order to fit the longer rear end of the sedan models. While not intended you could put these on a hatchback if you’re into the “blast pipe” look.
The Hatchback W/Appearance Kit tip option is the medium length tip. These are intended for hatchbacks equipped with Mazda’s factory Appearance Package and are also the optimal length for the CX-30. This offers an aggressive look to match the aggressive nature of the Mazda Aero Kit. These tips can also be used on a non-aero kit hatch, however, they would stick out too far for most people’s taste.
The Hatchback without the Aero Kit tip option is the shortest option and is intended for regular hatchbacks without the Mazda Aero Kit. You can also run these tips on hatches with the aero kit if you’re going for a more conservative look, but they tend to disappear in the bumper skirt.
As usual, each CorkSport 2019+ MZ3 axle-back exhaust is made entirely from polished 304 stainless steel for the best in appearance and corrosion resistance. Each joint is TIG welded for strength while the inlet flange is laser cut to ensure a perfect fit. Each exhaust comes with all hardware needed for install, including exhaust clamps for the tips. You also get full color installation instructions and support for any installation questions you may have.
We strongly encourage you to visit the product listing for more pictures and to check out the product video for sound and video clips. This exhaust is fantastic, especially for a daily driver. Let us know what you think, and share other 4th GEN parts you want to see!
