Increase Room In Your Engine Bay with a New Battery Box

CorkSport 2010-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 ECU Relocation Battery Box

The Mazdaspeed 3 has a Battery Box that takes up more space than a watermelon in your refrigerator. Even worse, the stock ECU location can often interfere with intake upgrades. With these facts in mind, CorkSport decided to design a new Battery Box with a new location for the ECU.

With the new CorkSport 2010-2103 Mazdaspeed 3 ECU Relocation Battery Box, the ECU gets relocated towards the front of the engine bay and gets protected from dirt, grime, grease, and other unwanted contaminants. The ECU is mounted onto plastic like the factory configuration to prevent any possible interference that could occur with a metal box. Those of you in colder climates will be very happy to know that this box allows you to keep the standard group 35 batteries that are recommended and provided from Mazda. The new CorkSport Battery Box also allows for intakes up to 3.0″ in size, and possibly larger to fit into your engine bay without cutting, drilling or otherwise modifying any parts or pieces of your Mazdaspeed 3. Simply install the new CorkSport Battery Box, which is completely bolt-in, and then utilize the extra room for your larger intake.

The CorkSport 2010-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 ECU Relocation Battery Box is made of a durable matte finished FRP construction. All necessary parts, bolts, and brackets are included to install and no modifying is needed. CorkSport designed the Battery Box to cleanly integrate into your engine bay without standing out. You can paint it or customize it yourself if you choose, or leave it as-is for a stock OEM style appearance.

The CorkSport 2010-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 ECU Relocation Battery Box is now available for sale and priced at $159.99.
