CorkSport’s Front Strut Tower Bar for the 2010+ MazdaSpeed 3 is a direct bolt-on Aluminum brace that stiffens up the front-end of your vehicle. The bar is made from polished aircraft grade 6061 aluminum and utilizes stock mounting locations. The brace is optimized using an extruded and CNC bent cross member with laser cut mounting plates for a precise fit.

The bar installs in under one half hour and only requires the removal and reinstallation of six (6) 14mm hex head bolts.

Features:
The CorkSport Front Strut Tower Bar utilizes the factory strut mounting locations to maximize the effectivness of the bar. The bar features a polished aluminum design with our CorkSport Logo located on the top side of the bar (can be removed if desired). The one-piece design maximizes the stiffness of the bar and ensures easy installation. Custom anodization or powdercoating can also be done upon request to match other parts in your engine bay.

Testing:
The CorkSport Front Stut Tower Bar has gone through several iterations of design and has been tested on our own vehicle to ensure fit, form, and function. The bar increases stiffness and reduces chassis flex in the front end of the vehicle by tying load points together (strut towers).

CorkSport Lightweight Crank Pulley for the 2010+ MazdaSpeed 3

CorkSport’s blue anodized Aluminum Crank Pulley features an etched CS CorkSport logo with a fully anodized Aluminum pulley and steel trigger wheel. The best way to free up existing power is to lighten your vehicles rotating mass. The Lightweight Crank Pulley shaves two pounds off of the stock pulley’s 4.40 pounds of rotating mass. This is a weight savings of nearly 50%.

The kit includes the cam alignment tool and TDC timing pin required for timing the engine after installation (these tools retail for more than we are selling the entire kit for).

Features:
The CorkSport Lightweight Crank Pulley’s fully anodized aluminum body has very similar dampening characteristics to the stock cast steel/rubber pulley, while eliminating all of the unneeded extra mass. The precision machined trigger wheel is an exact replica of the stock trigger wheel, so you can rest assured that you will not have any issues with this pulley once installed. The kit includes a CorkSport cam alignment tool and Top Dead Center (TDC) timing pin that is required for timing the engine whenever the crank pulley is removed (the pulley is not keyed). The OEM versions of these two (2) tools could cost you over $200 alone.

Testing:

CorkSport is proud to announce the release of our Polyurethane Mud Flaps. You have the choice of black with a laser etched logo on the rear flaps or red with silver vinyl CorkSport stickers. The mud flaps are made from 1/8” thick 80A durometer polyurethane for long lasting protection. The mud flaps will not only help keep your car clean, but also add style to your Mazda.

The mud flaps were CAD designed and die cut using the latest technologies. The mud flaps are designed to allow the customer to mount them at a height that matches your vehicles height and style preferences.

Features:
CorkSports Polyurethane Mud Flaps are die cut from 1/8” thick 80A durometer polyurethane for a perfect blend of stiffness and impact resistance. The mud flaps are strong enough to not fold back in the wind, but soft enough to handle high speed rock impacts as well as speed bump or curb abuse. CorkSport only uses high quality FDA approved food handling grade polyurethane sheets for their mud flaps. We even designed the mud flaps so that you can raise or lower them to match your vehicles height. The mud flaps come with all the installation hardware and only require a drill, 0.25” drill bit, and two 10mm end wrenches.

The CorkSport Polyurethane Mud Flaps have gone through several design and material revisions to what we think is the best mud flap on the market for your Mazda. Due to the popularity of our Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) Kit for the MazdaSpeed 6 and first generation MazdaSpeed 3, we are proud to release the kit for the 2010+ MazdaSpeed 3. This kit will bolt on with no bumper modifications needed and increase boost levels while decreasing intake temperature. The kit also takes advantage of the hood scoop by mounting the intake under the stock intercooler shroud, leaving a stock look and maximizing airflow.

Features:
The CorkSport FMIC Kit features an aluminum core intercooler (24 x 6 x 3.5 in) with custom cast end tanks. Flowing into and out of the intercooler is 2.25” aluminum mandrel bent piping with bead rolled ends. These are connected via silicone couplers (your choice of black, red, or blue) and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. The kit includes everything needed for installation including our uniquely designed ram-air box. The ram-air box counts to the factory intercooler location to utilize the stock plastic cover and hood scoop to maximize airflow to the engine.

The CorkSport FMIC Kit can be ordered for use with the stock, HKS, or Greddy Blow-off Valve flanges. The kit can also be custom powdercoated to match your engine bay, or give it a totally custom look.

Testing:
Our FMIC Kit has been developed and tested specifically for the 2010+ MazdaSpeed 3. It has been tested in all types of conditions including hot and cold, rain and snow, freeway driving, and stop and go traffic. The kit decreases pressure drop by about 2.5 psi over the stock intercooler (down to 3 from 5.5 psi). The FMIC kit also offers an icrease in thermal efficiency of roughly 20% over the stock intercooler (up to 86% from 66%)*. On top of all of this, the core flows 30% more air than the stock intercooler. All of these features add up to a kit that was designed and optimized for the 2010-2011 Mazdaspeed 3.
