2018+ Mazda 6
The 4th generation of the Mazda6 is the second Skyactiv turbo model to be released after the Cx9 turbo which also includes the chassis, drive train, and safety upgrades. Two gasoline engine is offered in the 2018-up model years, the 2.5 Skyactiv engine which generates 184 horsepower and 185 torque and the 2.5T which offers 225hp and 310 torque.
The Mazda 6 Skyactiv motors respond well to modifications allowing you to improve power by 12-17 hp with bolts-ons on the standard model and much more on the turbo. With premium fuel and a tune there is more power available due to the engines high compression and valve timing controlled by the Mazda 6 Skyactiv computer.
