New Options! You can choose the optional non-resonated rear version of our cat back to take the sound level up a notch. We made this option available due to customer feedback from those wanting a turbo back that captures the Mazdaspeed 3's flat exhaust note.
The CorkSport exhaust features mandrel bent 80mm piping, a straight through high flow resonator for a smooth flow, increased power, and faster spool up. Corrosion-resistant T304 polished Stainless Steel construction with 100mm stainless steel tips ensures long life; stainless steel resonator packing means no worrying about burning out and rattling. As with all of our CorkSport exhausts, the Turbo Back exhaust is precision TIG welded, making for a solid connection, cleaner look, and powerful presence.
Thoroughly tested, this exhaust has peak power gains on the dyno with increases up to 50 wheel horsepower over stock with the needed supporting parts (Max Flow Fuel Pump, Intake and Accessport.)

Does it fit with BNR S4 V4?
Some modification to the downpipe will be required to run with that turbo.
I'm not quite sure whats the difference between your 3.5" turbo back exhaust at 1,299$ and this one? Which is the better option and what would be the difference?
The 3.5 is much louder and less restrictive, but is only compatible with certain turbo set ups. Shoot an email to sales@corksport.com if you have more detailed questions
What’s the pipe diameter?
80mm
Can I run this without a tune?
No, you will need a tune with this system.
So is it bad to run this setup with an off the shelf Cobb tune then?
We can't verify the application of off the shelf tunes. We recommend getting a custom tune for the best results.
does this come with all hardware needed? ie bolts/hangers/etc or do we have to re use them
It includes the nuts, bolts, gaskets. Hangers are re-used or we offer an upgraded urethane hanger set available here https://corksport.com/corksport-urethane-exhaust-hangers-for-the-2010-mazda-3-mazdaspeed-3.html
Does anyone have video in the sound difference between the resonated exhaust and non-resonated exhaust. I want to see how I would prefer to buy this exhaust.
I know it's possible to instal the Mazda 3 2.5 exhaust onto a Mazda 3 skyactiv, but is it possible to put this exact exhaust onto the skyactiv?
Unfortunately, this exhaust will not fit.
Any drone?
Not that we have experienced or heard.
If i purchase the full turboback exhaust can i swap the 80mm for the stock 65mm?
It will not fit like it should.
I'm thinking about ordering the Turbo fatback exhaust. But was wondering if that included the race pipe as well?
If you ordered a turbo back exhaust, it would include all the piping from the turbo back.
If I purchase the midsection w/o axle back, will the piping bolt right up the the stock gen 2 axle back?
It should!
If I ordered the kit with only the midpipe section (no axle-back) would you guys offer the single-exit piece to finish the exhaust? I'm a fan of the lightweight aspect but didn't saw it wasn't an option.
We do not offer a single exit exhaust for the second generation speed. The first generation will not fit due to some small differences.
I just ordered the full turbo back exhaust. Can I run this with out the high flow full pump for a while until I can save up and install it, or do I need to do that before the install of the exhaust?
I would not run the downpipe until you get your fuel pump internals upgraded. You can run the catback just not the downpipe.
Hi, could you tell me if this turbo back exhaust is emissions legal in Ontario, Canada? Also, will I need to order a donut ring for this install or does this include everything needed?
This will all depend on what options you order with the exhaust, and how strict emissions are in Canada. As long as you order a turbo back exhaust that includes the high flow catalyst then you should be just fine with emissions. The turbo back exhaust kit does come with everything needed for installation.
Can I just install this system and leave everything else (intake, etc) stock?
The only thing you really want to make sure and have done if you add the turbo back exhaust would be the fuel pump internals. It is highly recommended to upgrade the fuel system when adding a down pipe.
