2023+ Mazda CX-30 Short Ram Intake System for 2.5L Non-Turbo

Mazda updated the 2023+ model year to include an EGR cooler. To accommodate this change, Mazda revised the engine wiring harness, valve cover vent hose, and factory intake hose. As a result, a new CS SRI silicone is required!

Not all 2023 and newer models incorporate this change, so you will need to inspect your specific vehicle to ensure you get the correct intake for your ride! Please see the images below, and don't hesitate to give us a call if you have questions or concerns.

Sound and Style:

The CX-30 CorkSport SRI offers a nice visual boost to the engine bay and inductions noises! The OEM intake is specifically designed to quite as much engine noises as possible while taking away some of the fun in driving. The SRI frees up some of these noises offering a nice growl and suction sounds from the engine through acceleration. It's this kind of driver feedback that people love from our short ram intakes!

Customize the look of your engine with an SRI in black, blue, and red color options for the silicone coupler and filter! The few colors can be mixed and matched to provide a custom-looking engine bay with extra visual interest.

Precision Machined:

The CorkSport SRI is tailored to fit your CX-30 engine. We utilize a precision-machined billet MAF housing to ensure the correct diameter where the MAF sensor is located. This ensures a smooth airflow across the MAF sensor, and your engine performs properly. If the MAF housing is improperly positioned or the opening is too large, too small, or inconsistent, the sensor will trigger a check engine light. Our design prevents a check engine light from occurring by providing a smooth flow over the sensor, even with Mazda's highly sensitive MAF sensor and factory ECU tuning.

Dryflow Filter:

The SRI comes with a dry flow air filter to keep your Mazda CX-30 engine breathing clean air. Designed to capture dirt, dust, and debris, the air filter is made from a woven mixed media without the need for oil. The filter is washable and reusable, providing a long-lasting, durable improvement to your Mazda!

Fit and Finish:

The CorkSport short ram intake uses a custom-designed silicone coupler that connects the MAF housing and filter to the throttle body with the correct port for the valve cover breather hose. Instead of the OEM ribbed rubber tubing, the CS SRI uses a smooth interior silicone with four layers of nylon weave fortification to promote long-lasting strength and optimal airflow.

The CorkSport intake also has stainless steel t-bolt clamps to guarantee a leak-free seal! We even include step-by-step color instructions for a quick DIY installation!
