Install was easy. I installed it on my Mazda 6 2.5T and it looks great the only downside you can put any license plate frame over it. CorkSport has a license plate frame that’s compatible which I plane on purchasing in the near future otherwise it will look like a floating license plate. Other than that I wouldn’t hesitate to get it. And look at CorkSport’s LED kit it makes a big difference with the interior lighting and is a very easy install.

Love the look of this. Super secure, high quality. Only downside is that it will block your Front Parking Sensors (only on Signature trim). You can turn them off with a button but still worth mentioning.

I installed this bracket on my Mazda6 2.5T to relocate the license plate allowing more air to the intercooler. From the front of the car, the OEM license plate bracket installed by the dealership looked like it restricted 25-30% of the incoming fresh air from directly entering the intercoolers surface area. The treaded rod that connects to the cars frame is a solid rod and very strong. I added some antiseize to help thread it into the frame and to help with removing it if I ever have to. I also used a dremil tool to cut a hole in the bumper access plug that is removed to install the standoff rod. The hole is just big enough for the rod to slide through. It looks as though the bracket came from the factory already installed.
