Fitment Inspired:

We know most Mazdaspeed owners like to do it themselves, so we made the V2 design easy to install and fit. The modular design has a separate cast bell mouth and a v-band connected pipe section, making installation easier.

The downpipe's modular design opens easy access for installation for the bell mouth since downpipe is no longer in the way. The studs and nuts are both accessible for sockets and wrenches. This also provides easy maintenance if you need to remove the downpipe since the bellmouth can remain attached to the turbo. Simply, remove the v-band clamp and remove the lower downpipe section of the exhaust.

Materials & Manufacturing:

The CS Turbo Back Exhaust is produced from 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent, and TIG welded. CNC machined v-band at the bell mount ensures a leak-free seal, TIG welds provide high strength, and mandrel bend ensures smooth exhaust flow.

Hardware and Accessories:

Your turbo back exhaust comes with everything you need to install. We include a stainless v-band clamp for the bellmouth to DP connection, brand-new downpipe mounting studs and lock nuts, a new flange gasket at the mid pipe and even an O2 sensor harness extension. We’re most proud of our custom MLS downpipe gasket included with each kit. We port-matched it to the DP bellmouth & CST6 Turbo to ensure no flow restrictions whatsoever!

Tuning required for proper and safe operation.
A check engine light (CEL) will be illuminated on catless and some catted setups as a result of installation.
Only fits on turbochargers with OEM downpipe flange shape.
If you have a CS exhaust manifold with EWG on the manifold, the EWG dump tube must be replaced with the V2 design in development.
If you have a CS turbo running an EWG off the turbine housing, you will need a different dump tube to fit this downpipe correctly. CS part number GEN-6-575-17 is needed and it is available for purchase HERE.

I put this on my 3076r equipped Speed6 and I don’t have a bad thing to say about this exhaust. It was packaged well, arrived quickly when it shipped, and fit perfectly. The quality of materials used is fantastic, and it produces a fantastic sound. It’s a tad bit loud cruising on the freeway around 3-3500, but it’s a performance exhaust so I expected that. Cold starts are glorious, but not piss off the neighbors loud (unless you live in a gated community or have sensitive apartment neighbors). If you’re looking for a great sounding, quality item you need this.

This kit sounds great and opens up some flow, but my issue is with the fitment. The exhaust tips do not line up the same side-to-side, leaving the drivers side exhaust tip looking like a droopy eye. I brought up the issue and it was recommended that I heat up the hanger and bend it myself to get rid of sag. Wasn't a huge fan of that answer after dropping 1200 bucks, but I tried and it got rid of a little sag, but it still doesnt fit nearly as good as the passenger side. I also get an obnoxious squeak from the midpipe to catback intersection upon throttle on/off. I was pointed to a gasket to see if that fixes it, I guess I will buy that too and cross my fingers. If not, I'll have to get a flex pipe welded in. Kind of a PITA for a pricey set of pipes...

Great shipping, but all shipping aside, this product has some flaws.

The core looked solid and the painted logo is a nice addition. The charge pipes are nicely fabricated but fitment isn't quite perfect. We had to mount the pipes and forcibly bend them to get clearances where they should be. I was assured my Turbo XS 50/50 BPV would fit without issue, and it didn't. We had to bend the hot pipe to be able to fit the BPV. The replacement silicon radiator hose needed to be cut to eliminate a kink.

My final gripe is the clamps. The larger clamps worked nicely, but the smaller clamps for any pipe 2.5" were too small. We had to use shop engineering to make the smaller clamps provided work.

All in all, craftsmanship is top notch, but the hardware needs some help. Would have been awesome to get the black piping like I had requested, but I guess I will have to live with polished.

I have the catted downpipe option and the whole exhaust is perfect! Fit and finish is perfect, it sounds great in and out of the car, no drone and immediate power difference.

Definitely worth every penny felt immediate power difference. From the downpipe to the exhaust fitted like a glove. I like the fact that you cant even tell the exhaust is there. The sound from it is awesome, definitely doesn't sound like a ricer. Has a nice deep tone to it. The videos do not compare to hearing it in person. I would recommend this product to MS6 owners. A must buy.

Great product. Downpipe is a PITA, but truly sounds amazing. Video does not do it justice. People think they hear a subi coming, but nope it's a Mazda :)

So if the race pipe deletes the second cat. And this does not include the race pipe, only the downpipe. Does this mean that the oem cat stays in place? Or does it come with high flow cat, down pipe, and cat back? Thanks
