Front wheel only?
CorkSport Reply: The kit is only for the front brake.

Front brake only??? no 4 wheel disc kit??
CorkSport Reply: We wanted to off a sub $1000 brake kit. On the Mazdaspeed 3 most of the brake bias is towards the front of the car so a good set of brake pads for the rear will do a great job.

how can your rate somthing you dont even have "FAIL", CS makes top notch products and this kit is the best priced on the market. Ther is no need for a Rear Kit this is a front brake biased car. The mustang 5.0 has floating calipers in the rear as well, O I guess thats a fail to rite. befor you come on here and leave bad reviews buy the part first.

What is the difference in stopping distance compared to factory set up?

Great!! I have RacingBrake rotors which are much lighter than stock. I would love these calipers; need to know: what pad do they use? I would want to immediately go to EBC, Performance Friction, or Hawk.
CorkSport Reply:The calipers use the same pads as the 2006 WRX TR.

Will these fit with the stock speed3 rims ?
CorkSport Reply: Yes they will.

So I understand the car is front biased, but doesn't the car look funny with really nice calipers on the front and stock calipers on the back? Especially if I bought them in red.
CorkSport Reply:You can always paint your rear calipers red....

My car only has 4600 miles on it, do you still recommend resurfaced or new rotors?
CorkSport Reply: Yes we do, this is needed to bed the new pads.

Will Corksport even consider offering a rear caliper upgrade over stock? I understand that most of the braking is front biased, but I would like to have a matching set of calipers even if the rear set is only a stock replacement. I "hate" the stock brakes on my 2006 mazda 3 hatchback. They build up with a rust residue everytime it rains! I made a mistake and replaced them with the best rotors and pads that Autozone had to offer. Needless to say... don't waste your time or money on the autozone parts.... "THEY ARE TOTAL CRAP!!!"(did I mention the embarrassing god awful squeal each time the brakes get wet?) I should have spent the extra money on the cross drilled rotors and Hawk pads even though I didn't want to put nice rotors on the rusty stock calipers.
