2019+ Mazda 3 Race Performance Rear Motor Mount

The CorkSport Race Rear Motor Mount takes our existing 2019+ Mazda 3 RMM and adds stiffer polyurethane for even less engine movement and the upmost in driver feedback! Designed originally for the CorkSport TC America Race Car, the race RMM eliminates virtually all the slop that comes with the soft OEM rubber mount, eliminating unwanted engine movement. The improved rigidity increases throttle response, shift feel, and vehicle feedback for optimal race performance. Although the RMM add an aggressive amount of NVH, the improvements to vehicle feedback and shift feel make this RMM an important modification for those looking to turn their Mazda 3 into a race car.

DUE TO THE AGGRESSIVE INCREASE IN NVH, THE REAR MOTOR MOUNT IS RECOMMENDED FOR RACE CONDITIONS ONLY. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR DAILY DRIVING CONDITIONS.

Materials & Manufacturing:

The CS Race RMM is made from A356-T6 cast aluminum for the perfect combo of strength & lightness. The raw casting is CNC machined to final dimensions and perfectly sized to suit the polyurethane bushings. A laser etched CorkSport logo is added as a final finishing touch, since even a racecar has to look good!

Performance Polyurethane:

Each CorkSport Race RMM comes with 95A durometer polyurethane bushings. We moved from 70A to 95A duro when adapting our street mount to the race mount to reduce engine movement as much as possible, with no concern for comfort. As a result, there is a big increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), however, it is worth it on a racecar to provide driver feedback and responsiveness needed for racing. We do not recommend these for daily because of the increase in vibrations.

If you are looking to moderately increase the responsiveness of your daily Mazda 3, consider the standard CorkSport Rear Motor Mount.

Steel Poly Sleeves:

The CS RMM bushing sleeves are precision machined out of steel to provide robust and reliable support for the polyurethane bushings. They are then zinc coated to provide protection against corrosion.

Stainless Hardware:

The RMM replaces the OEM hardware with M14 stainless steel bolt, stainless washers, and a zinc plated steel locking nut. The hardware is longer to suit the CS RMM but works perfectly with the OEM mounting bracket. Simple and easy install with everything included!

Weight Savings:

The CS Race Rear Motor mount saves 2.5 pounds of weight from your Mazda 3. While going from ~4.70* lbs to ~2.20 lbs, is relatively minor, it provides critical weight savings when every second and pound matters.

NVH: Noise, Vibration, & Harshness in the vehicle cabin will be significantly increased with the use of the CorkSport race rear motor mount.
The race RMM is NOT recommended for daily use due to the intensity of the NVH
