Sound Boost:

By replacing the OEM midpipe and axle-back section with the CS 80mm CBE, the overly quiet and restrictive nature of the stock exhaust is no longer holding back your CX-30. The CS 80mm midpipe offers a flow thru dual chamber resonator design to offer both great flow characteristics as well as limiting any drone from entering the cabin. Continuing to work our way to the rear of the car, the axleback section contains the same asymmetric design as the CS 63.5mm ABE while also featuring the same resonator design discussed above to further control the drone and refine the exhaust note. We came to the conclusion that this was the ultimate setup for the CS 80mm CBE after testing multiple configurations so that the best sound is produced by your 2.5L Turbo.

Horsepower Gains:

There is more than just sound improvements from the CorkSport Mazda CX-30 80mm Cat Back Exhaust, there are also tangible power gains that you can feel. By installing the CS 80mm CBE on your Turbo CX-30 you are looking at an increase in power of 5-13wHP and 5-23wTQ. These power gains are had with no tuning necessary and when combined with other existing mods, the power potential could be increased further.

OEM Fitment:

When developing the CS 80mm Cat Back Exhaus, fitment was a key detail to ensure that we could provide an OEM like installation. We started with the OEM exhaust and made adjustments to accommodate the larger 80mm piping. This makes sure that the exhaust will look and fit as good as it sounds.

Dual Wall Tip:

A signature aspect of the CorkSport 80mm Exhaust System is the slant-cut dual wall tips. Measuring 100mm in diameter, they are big and bold; properly filling the bumper cutouts in your CX30 and looking the part of a luxury performance exhaust.

Materials & Manufacturing:

We have carried over our same quality construction as other CorkSport Mazd 3 exhausts which include the utilization of 304 stainless steel piping that is mandrel bent and TIG welded. The 80mm stainless steel pipe is then fully polished to provide a nice finish that will add to the look of your CX-30. The exhaust hangers on the 80mm CBE are reinforced with extra bracing to provide more strength when driving on rough roads. Each CBE also includes all the hardware that is needed during installation so installation is done without any interruptions.

Complete Install:

Included with each exhaust is all the necessary hardware and gaskets so the installation can be done quickly without any interruptions.

NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) in the cabin of your vehicle will be increased by the installation of this exhaust. We highly recommend you view the above video to hear the exhaust note inside and outside the vehicle.
Sound was optimized for turbo models, installation on a non-turbo model may result in drone and/or overly loud exhaust note.
Sold as a Cat-Back Exhaust only, will NOT be sold as an Axle-Back Exhaust.
There is no option for FWD fitment at this time.

This exhaust is AMAZING. Really changes the cars character from vacuum to rumbly little thing. Tone is very nice and it’s really not too loud if that’s what people worry about. When you step on it it gives you what you want but if you are just feathering and going about your day it complies. Drone is basically not existent. I get a few burbles too!!! What more could I ask? Great job CS
