I'm thinking of getting HPFP internals with this aswell, I don't know if that is a good idea or not becuase I'm new to all of this. I was also going to replace the spark plugs before upgrading my car because I don't know the last time they have been changed. But my other question is am I still able to use 91 octane with this or is there no point in installing the rebuild kit if I'm not gonna use E85 and I should just stick with only spark plugs an internals.

Definitely recommend doing this if running E85, or even just have a lot of miles on the HPFP, the instructions were very in depth, the only issue I actually had was the 2 filters on the fuel rail and in the relief valve. Other than that it was smooth. Thanks CS

If you are like me and have over 50k on your aftermarket HPFP internals, with most of that being an ethanol blend, you need this kit. Took longer than advertised to clean simply due to the fact that my internals were so gummed up. Every tuner needs to add this to their pre-tuning requirement list. Same as cleaned injectors and new spark plugs. 10/10

The video was on point. Just know you might need minor changes when it comes to the autotech internal. Overall, it was a straight forward process. The upgraded filters is WAYYYY better than the OE plastic crap as I lost fuel pressure because of the PRV so I decided to rebuild the pump as well with this great kit. I recommend this to all Speed owners.

If you’re doing HPFP internals don’t skip out on doing this rebuild kit . I was even a little intimidated by it at first but then it became fun and prideful process.
Keep a clean work area , lay out each part as it comes apart and take your time to clean everything well. It’s pretty filthy inside honestly from all the old O-rings and dirty fuel etc. I just followed along with the video and took it one step at a time , I was amazed by the cheap plastic screen in the PRV and could barely see through it and putting in a quality replacement was a good choice and have it done right the first time so I can continue enjoying the car for years to come .

Awesome kit and I would highly recommend it, especially if you’re putting in new internals, already installed them or are planning on using e85.

It’s definitely a very meticulous install but at least you can swap it all on a desk or work bench. Definitely have a vise handy though, it’ll make all the difference. Take your time and clean everything very well!

The instructions are fantastic as usual and now I don’t have to worry about any issues with my hpfp.
