While HPFP internals are a common must-have mod for your Mazdaspeed, the rest of your HPFP is basically ignored. We aim to remedy that with the CorkSport HPFP Rebuild Kit for Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6, and Mazda CX-7 Turbo. Included in the kit is a brand new E85 safe O-ring or X-ring for every seal in the HPFP along with replacement stainless steel hardware to get rid of those annoying Torx headed screws. Read on for full details!#ZoomZoom!
Since even the newest Mazdaspeed 3 is rapidly nearing 10 years old, the rubber seals and bushings all over the car are starting to show their age. Avoid any potential issues in the HPFP with the CorkSport HPFP rebuild kit. Every seal in the HPFP is replaced with a brand new O-ring/X-ring so you can be confident that your Speed is ready to make power without causing issues with oil and fuel ending up where it shouldn’t!
With the MS3 and MS6 coming out right around the time ethanol mixes in gasoline were becoming more common, it’s hard to say if the fuel system was ever designed with ethanol in mind. The CS HPFP rebuild kit uses E85 safe materials to ensure your car will operate correctly and stay reliable whether you’re running pump gas with the standard E10 mix, an E30 mix, or even straight E85! We spent months testing various materials both on car and in isolated conditions to find the best fit for gasoline and ethanol blends.
All replacement seals in the CorkSport kit are a direct match to the OEM seals. We even had custom tooling made for the X-ring that fits around the HPFP piston to ensure an OEM quality seal.
The CorkSport HPFP rebuild kit also includes hardware to replace the security Torx and external Torx screws used on the HPFP. These are always a pain to remove, even on our zero mile engine, so why reinstall them? We even include a security Torx bit to make the removal that much easier! The CS HPFP rebuild kit comes with full color installation instructions which are a must as it’s very easy to get lost once you have the HPFP all apart.
It will take you 2 hours to rebuild your Mazdaspeed High Pressure Fuel Pump with our easy-to-use instructions and complete seal kit.

Any follow up on this kit working with the CP-E pump?
We have never tested this on a CP-E pump. If the CP-E pump uses all the same orings/xring then it should work.
I'm thinking of getting HPFP internals with this aswell, I don't know if that is a good idea or not becuase I'm new to all of this. I was also going to replace the spark plugs before upgrading my car because I don't know the last time they have been changed. But my other question is am I still able to use 91 octane with this or is there no point in installing the rebuild kit if I'm not gonna use E85 and I should just stick with only spark plugs an internals.
We highly recommend the use of HPFP internals on all Mazdaspeeds, even if they are stock. It becomes required if you plan on doing mods to the car. The rebuild is also a great choice even if you don't plan on using E85.
Will this rebuild kit work with the CP-e pump?
We have not confirmed compatibility with that part.
will this kit work with other brand hpfp?
As long as it is OEM spec it should.
With an upgraded E85 safe intake fuel pump, could you run full e85 with this rebuild kit?
Technically yes. But unless you're running Port Injection the E85 will quickly run you out of fueling headroom
Do you recommend using chlorinated or non-chlorinated brake cleaner when cleaning the individual parts of the HPFP housing?
Non-Chlorinated is usually better in this case for not leaving behind residue.
