Get maximum turbo performance and dramatically increase torque with the Mazdaspeed 3 Power Series Downpipe. The CorkSport Mazdaspeed3 downpipe was expertly designed to replace the restrictive element in the Mazdaspeed 3 stock downpipe

The CorkSport Advantage

CorkSport 80mm or 65mm Flange Choices

Fitment Choices:

Pick the 65mm flange for stock fitment (it will also work with all aftermarket exhausts), or 80mm flange for the CorkSport Cat Back exhaust and true 3" piping. Either way, mandrel bent piping is used to create smooth exhaust flow for dramatic increases in power.

CorkSport Downpipe and Intake Dyno Chart

Improved Power:

With just an intake installed, you can gain up to 50 HP more by adding the long catted downpipe or short downpipe and race pipe.

CorkSport Short Catless Downpipe

CorkSport Short Downpipe:

Replaces just the downpipe section but not the racepipe for a cost-effective solution that works with the stock racepipe, or aftermarket. For lasting corrosion resistance and reduced heat transfer to the engine bay, the CorkSport MS3 downpipe uses polished 304 stainless steel and features TIG welds that offer superior arc and weld puddle control for a cleaner appearance and precise weld bead control

CorkSport V2 Long Catted Downpipe

Our long downpipes now use our new “modular” system to improve flow, enhance fitment, and simplify installation in your MS3 engine bay. The design utilizes a cast stainless steel bellmouth with a v-band connection to 3” stainless steel piping. A 300 CEL high-flow cat is included to help keep emissions in check with minimal drawbacks. The long downpipe replaces both the OEM downpipe and racepipe sections.

Additional Features

  • Remove exhaust flow restriction: by replacing the single most restrictive element of the exhaust, the downpipe
  • 304 stainless steel piping: for corrosion resistance and reduced heat transfer
  • Mandrel bent: for a smooth exhaust flow and solid power increases
  • Fitment:2007-2009 Mazdaspeed 3,2010-2013 Mazdaspeed 3
  • TIG welds: for a stronger more seamless connection
  • CorkSport Service and Support: Receive a 2-year warranty, full-color installation instructions, all of the needed installation hardware, and knowledgeable telephone installation support

Product Advisory Note
  • For off-road & race use only.
  • HPFP upgrade and tuning required for proper and safe operation.
  • A check engine light (CEL) will be illuminated on catless and some catted setups as a result of installation.
  • Take note of your catback exhaust size before ordering if ordering the long catted downpipe. There is a different downpipe whether you have a 3-inch/80mm exhaust or an OEM/2.5” exhaust.
    • AXL-6-114-18 Fits Cat-Back Exhausts like the CS 80mm and other 3” exhausts that use the OEM style flange.
    • AXL-6-114-19 Fits Cat-Back Exhausts like the OEM and other 2.5” exhausts that use the OEM style flange. It also fits 3-inch and 80-mm exhausts but with a flow restriction.
  • Only fits on turbochargers with OEM downpipe flange shape.
  • If you are ordering the long-catted DP and have a CS turbo with an EWG off the turbine housing, the wastegate will need to be moved to the turbine housing directly, and a new dump tube used. CS part number GEN-6-575-17 is needed and it is available for purchase HERE.

Freaking love this downpipe, by far the best exhaust mod you can do. I have the cts4 and it makes it spool up to 23 psi at 3200 rpm. Amazing product that works very well also sounds amazing, you can really hear the MZR scream.
Very easy install had it in and less than an hour sounds amazing. Decided to give this design a try to back up my cst4.
Just installed this a couple days ago and I absolutely love it! Taking out the old downpipe is a royal pain in the ass, though. Took about 6 hours to get that out and an hour to get the new one in. I'd recommend taking the downpipe studs out of the turbo cuz it makes disassembly and reassembly much easier without them there. Also, you don't have to take off the OEM downpipe heatshield to get it off but lemme tell you it's gonna fight hard the whole way out. I couldn't get mine off because the bolts were so rusted the wrenches destroyed the heads of them.

Once I got this bad boy on I could immediately notice the gains in hp and tq without any tune on the car. Would highly recommend the 80mm even with OEM catback, the seal is near perfect with no exhaust leaks.
Great job corksport!
MY FRIEND CODY JUST INSTALLED THE DOWNPIPE CATTED AND MY SPEED HAS EVERY THING IN ENGINE BAY OF CORKSPORT EXCEPT INTAKE 3.5 AND TURBO ALL I CAN SAY IS ALL SPEED 3 OWNERS HOLLY CRAP ALL SPEED 3 OWNERS NEED THIS JUST MAKE SURE GET INTERNALS BEFORE OR WITH. I WANT TO GIVE BIG BIG THANKS CORKSPORT AWESOME PRODUCT'S AND QUALITY AND DERECK THANK YOU KEEP GOOD WORK UP. BRAD A FRIEND OF CODYS
Excellent downpipe! After removing the stock DP it was simple to install and fit great. Love the fact that it's the only divorced downpipe on the market for the MS3. Got the catless downpipe to compliment my Corksport racepipe and catback and my 2013 Mazdaspeed3 loves it! Great price for a great product! Thanks Corksport!
Love this downpipe. From the minute you open the box you can tell its a quality piece. Install did take a while but it wasn't as difficult as I was lead to believe. Me and a buddy did the install in my garage with the front of the car on stands. Definitely keep a can of PB Blaster handy though. If you're installing on a Gen2 do yourself a favor and remove the O2 bung extension from the 2nd O2 bung. It pushes the sensor too far out of the exhaust stream causing a code. I've had no issues after removing the the extension. Thanks again CS!
Amazing Product! If any of you are thinking about what fitment to get with the catted DP and plan to go CPE just get the 80mm and save yourself the trouble. 80mm will still bolt to the stock CBE with an adapter. If you in fact do go 65mm make sure that when you buy your CBE that they send you the adapter to make sure you CBE has the correct fitment. As I was just gonna do DP and run the stock CPE for the stealth look so I went with the 65mm but with these winter storms and the dumb ass snow plows dropping of metal shrouds in the road I poke a pretty big hole in my stock mid pipe. So I was forced to go CBE. I know I could have just got a new mid pipe but really who does that?? So when I got my CPE it did not include the adapter so fitment was an issue as it rubbed at the first bend as it sat damn near right on the exhaust sheild. Vincent and Spencer took great care of me in a very fast time spand and quickly we fixed the issue with the correct adapter and doughnut. The gains you will receive from the DP are great add the CPE and a tune.. Forget about it.. Love CorkSport
Recently had my car dynoed and talked to the guys about installing the catless DP, they mentioned the non-foulers to prevent the CEL, as I was reading you guys said to install a new high flow fuel pump, my car was running really rich when it was ran on the dyno, I know a tune will help fix the problem but being what it is would a new fuel pump be necessary after the instal of the DP?
For all of you worrying about a cel with the catless downpipe, go to your local hardware or autoparts store, but a set of 2 spark plug non-foulers, use a half inch drill bit to drill out one while leaving the other the way it is. Screw the drilled out non-fouler into the one you left be, then screw your o2 into it ajd install in your downpipe. This will keep you from throwing a code. Reason being, the second o2 is narrowband, and cannot have exhaust gas flowing freely over it. The non fouler has a small hole that only lets a small, steady flow of exhaust flow to it, just like as if it was in the cat. Its a 2 dollar fix and I guarantee it to work every time. 60k miles in my evo 9, 80k miles in my eclipse gsx, and 4k miles.in my ms3, all with this simple mod, and none have ever thrown a cel code.

Happy modding!
Awesome dp. Just be ready for a lot of cussing getting the stock dp out. What a pain in the a$$.. installing the corksport dp was a cinch after that. Took me half a day just to pull the stock dp. Took about 1 hour to install cs dp.
