I personally find the mount too soft for my liking, but 10/10 I would/do recommend this to everybody I know who has a Mazda!
Hello!

So I purchased the Corksport on 9th Dec 2020 and got it only on 15/01/2021. (I'm in Mauritius)

I installed it today and here are my feedback :
- You will feel more vibration on startup
- Compared to other reviews, I don't feel much vibration at idle even with AC on.
- The vibration is felt between 1000 to 1500 RPM
- The Shifting experience is definitely improved!
- There's no engine lurching / jerking.
- You will enjoy the Torque better! (Immediate throttle response)
- Downshift is also a pleasure when you don't feel the engine movement in the cabin.
- Compared to the genuine mount, there's more positive feedback than bad.

Regarding the vibration, i've read that it diminishes with time. So give it time before thinking to remove it. The vibration is tolerable.

I'll give some feedback after 6 months of drive.
Pro: good quality materials. Smooth and better response when cruising
Cons: vibration at idle/stops/traffic light in automatic w/AC On will shake your fillings lose
I've had this mount for a while, id like to first off praise Corksport for their customer service, i had a first-gen version of this mount that was known to slipt and sure enough, mine did. When i reached out the guys at corksport sent me a brand new mount no questions asked.

The mount does its job, I do have some vibrations but I also have a straight pipe exhaust so my resluts are skewed a bit. I'd say the throttle response is helped, it has to i was able to move my engine by hand before this mount.

You cannot go wrong with this on your motor, next up for me is the trans mount, should be here soon.

This was a very easy install, the only reason it would take almost hour is to get the plastic skidplate off and on. Shifting and throttle response is very noticeable. On the cold mornings it sounds like i have a aftermarket exhaust installed.....very pleased with the product....might have to buy the transmission mount also.
Big difference with this new mount. 2017 3 2.0 AT. Why should you get it? Because the car feels like it is always in sport mode now. Shifting is so smooth when you get it exactly right, and even down shifting feels drastically different.
Throttle response is awesome and over all feed back from the car has been improved. Vibrations holding you back? Its not that bad, but they are there. Girl friend didn't even notice the vibrations until weeks later. But if you drive just for the sake of driving the reward is definitely worth the cons. Plus they are only really there when idling with the A/C on. just kick in into neutral!lol.
"why does your car vibrate? cuz RACECAR....
good quality, great service. definitely would mod with corksport again.
Should be one of the first things you do to your Mazda3.

This mod is easy to do, and takes nearly no time at all. The feedback you get is well worth the cost of time and money.

Clutch pedal feel is increased, throttle feels a little more snapier.

If you are worried about increased vibrations:
There is an increase. It is small. 2/10 in power
You will feel a "bump" when you turn the car on.
You will feel a slight vibration coming through the seat in lower rpms (idle-1500)
With the AC on and idling, vibration increases. 4/10 in power.

Over all the increased NVH is WELL tolerable. I adjusted quickly and barely notice it now.

This mount was installed on a 2017 s Touring, 2.5/Manual.
Initial impression:
No noticeable vibrations, but instead its more of a cabin resonance like a subwoofer running a constant tone at idle
At start up you feel the "hit" of the motor starting.
Its NOT severe or gonna rattle your fillings out
I can still hear and enjoy my music at idle
Yes, it gets a touch worse with the AC on

In motion:
Wow this is great!
Once moving its JUST as smooth as stock, resonance/vibration wise, unless you're lugging the wrong gear then you feel it
Shifting up through the gears is cake, way smoother transition into the next gear no more rubber band lurch into 2nd (you can actually get some 2nd gear scratch now)
Down shifting and rev matching is so so much easier and you actually can get some engine braking now!
On my test route there is a really fun L,R,L transition section where you're on and off the gas repeatedly, this is WAY better now and you feel the improved response.

If you're really sensitive to acoustic vibrations or feel the stock car has "to much road noise" then dont do this mod.

If you're a spirited driver and want more feedback from the car, do it, love it, dont look back.
Easy install in about an hour and a half total, and the results are amazing. Yes, it does add vibration (I have a 2016 automatic sGT), especially at cold startup, or when the AC kicks on at idle, but unless you spend a lot of time sitting still in traffic or at lights, youā€™re not going to notice. The throttle response is dramatic, and the handling under power around corners is even tighter. I have mine coupled with the CS front strut tower bar, the short ram intake and the axle-back exhaust, and well, zoom-zoom has renewed meaning. The steady, direct pull of acceleration, gear shifts, braking and downshifting, and snappy response (especially in Sport mode - yeeeha!) is worth any vibration at low idle. Definitely lets out your Mazdaā€™s inner race machine.
This was my "first priority" aftermarket purchase for my 2017 Mazda 3 Sport GT. I have had the mount installed for the last 7 months and the mount is almost broken-in.

The only time I get vibrations is when the AC is on and I'm in 1st revving at low RPM. Other than that, the mount is great! No more wheel-hop and more power getting delivered to the front wheels due to the engine not thrashing around in the engine bay.

I would recommend this rear motor mount to my fellow Mazda 3 owners.

Great work Corksport, as always!

Will this fit a 2015 Mazda 3 Skyactiv 2.2D? It appears that some other OE engine mounts are usable by both. Thanks

Morning! I've had the first gen rear motor mount installed for a few years now on my 2014 Mazda6 S and have had no issues. I noticed a while back that the product was changed, but didn't give much thought to it. However, I decided to read some of the reviews this morning and noticed one poster who mentioned that the first gen had some slipping issues. Again, I haven't noticed any problems, but was thinking about getting this new 2nd gen mount. Any pressing reasons I should do this, do you think? Is there a discount or maybe a replacement option in purchasing that I might have?

Purchase is considered to install it in the MT model of MAZDA3. Let me question, please. Do a shake and an allophone increase by exchanging it? When those are unpleasant, I hesitate at purchase.

Asked by MAZDA3 in JPN | 08/26/2016, 11:38 PM | 1 answer(s)

There is a question which premised on purchase. I don't do a circular course run. Basically, are these parts produced to run the general way? Only the general way is run, so when an allophone and vibration occur, I'm in trouble about installing a motor mount. When starting an engine, does vibration occur? I'm waiting for an answer. Thank you.

I have a 2014 2.5L automatic and was just wondering three things, firstly, will installing this have any negative sideaffects to other parts of the car? Secondly, does it come in any colors other than blue? Thirdly, since I do have an automatic is this an upgrade I should consider passing up?
