This was an amazing upgrade, the pull is significantly better through all gears, the sound is awesome and instead of just dead/low power after 5500 rpm, I now actually get a good pull up to 6000 rpm, maybe a little higher! Worth every cent, and the install was pretty simple. Definitely should be one of your first mods with your Mazdaspeed 6, great power, reasonable price! A+++

OMG!!!

I ain't no spanner monkey and always shy away from getting my hands dirty !

So after looking at the directions how to fit this on the corksport website i thought hmmm, how long will it take and how many nuts will i lose?

With only 2 hours of daylight i thought I'd crack on and give it a shot.

2& a half hours of f in and blinding later i fitted it!

Managed to lose 1 screw.

Took the car for a run and i was blown away by the pick up from 3rd to 6th gear.

The roar from the filter let's me know this car is ready for action.

I was sceptical about the claims of extra bhp but, let me tell you, if there is any mod you do..This is it!!

I will buy more cs products as the proof is most certainly in the pudding!

Best and easiest addition to enhance performance. Sounds great when you tap in to the turbo, definitely notice a power increase! I did have to drill a new hole in the battery tray because it was rubbing the TIP and removing the paint.

The install time was about 2 hours for me. I kept trying to make the wiring harness that goes over the TIP fit well. I gave up on that. I love that it is metal and has a metal fitting for the boost solenoid to the TIP. I did have some trouble installing the air flow sensor, but that was because the holes weren't drilled evenly from Mazda. The intake bit is a bit floppy. I'm trying to make a PVC support for it.

It sounds so good! I hold more boost! I've had it in for just over a week.

Let me say first off it came in, in 2 days and the instructions ( if u don't know how) were supper easy to follow and the results were um well more than expected!!!!!! My ms6 sounds awesome!!!!!! Must buy if you just starting to mod

Bought this as a replacement for my worn out Mazdaspeed 6 In-Fender Cold Air Intake. This intake is by far the best out there for the MS6 as it replaces key items such as the turbo inlet tube, which gives even throttle throughout the RPM band. Easy to install as I bought the all black kit to keep my engine bay looking OEM. Also thank you Corksport for the superior customer service, called me to let me know when the item shipped! Thank you Corksport for the superior items and great customer service!

This was fairly easy to install. I had already taken out the intake resonator so I didn't have to do that during the installation. Just make sure that when you are pulling the hoses off of the connections you are careful because they break easily. The whooshing sound is wonderful!! The power wasn't too noticeable around town, but on the freeway it was very noticeable! Absolutely recommended!!

Installed this about 4-5 months ago on my '06 MS6 and I love it! Great sound under boost and the look under the hood is perfect for me. I went all black for more of a "stealth" look and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this SRI to any MS6 owner. Installation instructions were easy to follow and all in all was an easy to moderate install. I will definitely be purchasing more Corksport products for my MS6 in the future!

This intake is an amazing first modification. I have been running it in my SPEED6 for a year/12000 miles. It unlocks the noise of the turbo spooling and gives you a bit more noticeable power without an accessport or a tune. The instructions were clear and well thought out. Watch out for the factory boost control solenoid nipples on high mileage cars because they become brittle and can easily break. Overall I absolutely love the product. Thank you Corksport!
