Installing the CorkSport Camber Plates on your Mazda 3 or Mazdaspeed 3 allows for wider wheels and tires and better handling performance when driving hard from the increased range of camber adjustment. The stock strut top mounts can be directly replaced with the CS Camber Plates whether you are on stock suspension or lowering springs. The camber plates are designed with a pillow-ball bearing to eliminate the rubber found in the stock components to provide you with more feedback while driving. After installation, you can fine-tune the camber setting from -1.5 to +0.5 degrees to hone in on the ideal amount for your setup. Keep on reading below for additional information on the CorkSport Camber Plates.
The design of the CorkSport Camber Plates is derived from our coilovers, so they offer the same great fitment and quality. The CS Camber Plates are a direct replacement for the stock strut top. This allows you to get camber adjustment while utilizing the stock suspension setup without switching over to coilovers. The camber plates can also be used with lowering springs to provide additional fitment options. Compared to the factory rubber design, the CS camber plates feature a pillow-ball bearing that eliminates the flex found in the stock parts. This leads to more feedback from the car, so you have a better understanding of what the suspension is doing. For installation, there are two options; the first is to not modify the stock strut towers so that the car can be put back into stock later on if needed, but it does not allow for camber adjustment when installed. The other option is to cut and enlarge the opening in the strut tower to gain easy access to adjustment of the plates so they do not have to be removed to be adjusted. Whichever installation method is selected, the camber plates will offer the same great performance.
The main advantage of installing the CS Camber Plates is the amount of adjustment they offer, ranging from -1.5 to +0.5 degrees. The extra camber adjustment allows you to fit a larger wheel and tire setup if you want to utilize all available room without damaging the front fenders. The additional adjustment also lets you fine-tune the camber settings to find the ideal spot for your driving style when on track or cruising the backroads.
Description: The CS Camber Plates' bottom plate is made of steel to ensure the strength needed to properly retain the pillow ball bearing during demanding driving conditions. The top plate, on the other hand, is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum. This helps reduce weight while still providing the strength to mount the camber plate to the strut tower. All the necessary hardware is also included to ensure the installation of the camber plates is straightforward so you can get back on the road as soon as possible.

Are these camber plates compatible with other random coilovers that fit the car
It uses the OEM Strut bearing, doesn't work on everything out there.
work with kyb shock absorbers?
If you are using stock type springs they should. Double check the thread pitch on the KYB struts. Our nuts with the plates are m10x1.25
Can the camber plate be paired with KW V3 coilovers?
The camber plates are designed to be used with the OEM upper bearing. If the KW use the same diameter as the stock springs at the top then they should work.
I have D2 racing air struts suspension will this work for me
We can't confirm with that particular product, but any kit that works with the OEM upper mounts should be compatible.
Japanese aftermarket manufacturer tein's Street Advance Z is constructed to use the OE upper mount. Is it compatible with CS camber plate instead of OE upper mount?
In our experience, any kits designed to work with the OEM upper mounts will work with our camber plates.
Hi, would this work with Bilstein B8 on a 2008 Mazda5? And just want to make sure that it can eliminate negative camber as well
This should fit with the Bilsteins, but I can't confirm if it works on the Mazda5.
Does these happen to fit over the old Corksport struts?
Yes, they are compatible with our products.
I have a 2006 nonspeed hatchback. I have always had a problem with camber misalignment, probably from a accident with the previous owner. I recently bought and installed raceland classic coilovers on my car. I am wondering if these will fit with those coilovers.
Would this work on a 2004 Mazda 3 non-speed edition?
Yes they will, the fit 2004-2013 Mazda 3, Mazdaspeed 3, and Mazda 5.
Hi, what is the threading info on the studs? m10 x what? I lost one of the nuts in the engine bad and had to crossthread the f*** out of a nut to pass tech inspection.
Its m10x1.25
Will these fit on H&R coilovers for the 1st gen speed3? Thanks!
Yes they do.
I bought these plates to find out that they wouldn't fit on my Megan racing coilovers. Is there any way that these could be made to fit? Maybe a rubber seal or even a spacer of some sort? I waited for a little over a month after purchasing these for them to ship to me and would like to be able to use them but I am at a loss. Any help would be great.
how is the tickness compare than OEM plate ? thank
just mount it, the plate is bigger than 11millimeters.
Will This Fit my 2010 Mazda 3 2.0L with Raceland Coilovers?
If it utilizes the OE top hats then ours will fit
Does this fit Mazda 3 2.5L hatch 2013 (non skyactiv)
The Camber plates will work on the regular 3's as well, but they're a bit more limited on the range of Camber due to the size of the springs.
Will these fit 11' Mazda 3 GT-S Hatch?
Yes this will fit all the 3's. The Skyactiv one just uses a different transmission adapter, but the mount that goes into the Sub-Frame itself is the same
Will these work with Raceland Coilovers?
If they work with the OE top mounts then our camber plates should be able to bolt on as well
I Currently Own this and have had it for a few years now and i can honestly say that i LOVE it, hate working on the engine with it on but that cant be helped, time to upgrade my OEM suspension that has 135k miles on it. Main question is will this Fit on the OEM Studs with the Corksport strut/spring combo with the Camber plate as well? My concern is that there is not enough thread sticking out to be able to get a grab on it with the nut as it is now, and adding the camber plate will make it impossible to get the nut on the stud.
Hey do these fit Tein superstreet coilovers?
We have not tested this so we have no way to confirm.
Do I have to swap the OEM bearing into these or Do they come with bearing installed?
You would have to swap the OEM bearings.
Would these work with koni yellows or oranges
The can work, However it will block the hex not on top for counter holding. You will have to figure out another way to tighten the nut on top and counter hold the shock
Do these fit Tein superstreet adjustables?
Would this fit a Mazda 3 2007? And would this allow to eliminate front negative camber? Meaning no more camber in the front?
Yes they will fit. Yes you can remove camber or add camber with them.
Will this fit my 2008 mazda 3 sedan i?
Yes.
