I have a speed 6 neck and but I also have a spare speed 3 down neck. Is there a significant issue if I switch the necks out to make the coupling work? Horsepower or performance issues?
Will these fit a 2012 gen 2 speed 3 ?
Yes it will
What size is the ID on these?
28mm
What are the actual dimensions/measurements for these tubes? i.e. inside and outside diameter, length, angle, etc.
The dims are the same as stock so you can measure your stock hoses and be good to go.
Any noticeable HP gains?
These are more for styling than power gains.
i have a pu with a SU tmic (yea yea i know, got a good deal, i would have preferred to have a cs tmic to keep the engine bay looking stock). the SU tmic doesnt line up correctly with the stock boost tube that goes to the turbo, thus causing a cut from the clamp to happen in the stock boost tube and due to the improper fitment is causing my synapse sb bpv to have those vacuum/boost lines rub on the hood.... my question... are these exactly the same size as stock or are they a tad bit longer than stock? or is there a way i could order the boost tube to the turbo slightly longer to compensate for the poor fitment of the SU tmic?
The Boost tubes are designed to have OEM fitment, So I wouldn't be able to confirm this. If you want to send us a picture: brett@corksport.com Ill take a peek and see if I can advise you better
so i had a boot gauge installed and they had to cut into my boost tube to install the t-clamp. anyway i think i might have a boost leak. Will this replace the stock boost house ans fix my problem?
If they tapped into the silicon going from turbo to intercooler, or intercooler to throttle body, then this would fix your problem. If they installed the boost line anywhere else then this would not fix your problem.
Will these fit a gen 1?
Yes they will!
Can I put these on my car if it's stock
Yes you can! These replace to stock rubber tubing.
