Corrosion-resistant T304 Stainless Steel construction ensures long life; stainless steel resonator packing means no worrying about burning out and rattling. As with all of CorkSport exhausts, the Power Series exhaust is precision TIG welded, making for a solid connection, cleaner look, and powerful presence.

The Mazdaspeed3 3” Turbo Back Exhaust is an excellent option for boosting power! The larger 76mm diameter downpipe flows into an 80mm single exit exhaust system, which offers improved airflow from your turbo and results in better performance. With a proper tune, we expect anywhere from 40-60whp gains depending on your Mazdaspeed. So if you are looking for a power boost to your Speed 3, then look no further.

Sound & Volume:

The Turbo Back Exhaust system offers a great new sound to your 1st Gen Mazdaspeed 3. We've designed the exhaust system with a high-flow straight-through resonator that eliminates annoying drone while boosting your overall exhaust note. The best part of the CS Turbo Back Exhaust is the additional sounds that can be heard coming from the turbo. This 3-inch exhaust provides a great cold start that is not obnoxiously loud and even more fun when punching the gas.

Fitment Focused:

The CorkSport 3-inch turbo exhaust is designed to replace your OEM exhaust system. Our modular downpipe was CAD-designed to provide a perfect fit while making it easy to install. The upper bellmouth provides clearance for tightening to the turbo without the pipe getting in the way. This design allows for easy removal and maintenance should issues arise with your turbo.

Materials & Manufacturing:

The CS 3-inch turbo exhaust is constructed with cast 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability. The piping has CNC machined V-band flanges that are TIG welded and mandrel bent for OEM fitment. The piping is mandrel-bent and provides a smooth-flowing exhaust system for higher performance. We finished the exhaust with a polished stainless steel 100mm tip that looks as good as it sounds and will look great for years to come!

Hardware and Accessories:

The CS 3-inch turbo back exhaust includes everything thing you need for installation. You'll receive stainless steel v-band clamps, new mounting studs and lock nuts for the downpipe, replacement polyurethane exhaust hangers, and our custom MLS downpipe gasket.

If you have a CS turbo with an EWG off the turbine housing, the wastegate will need to be moved to the turbine housing directly, and a new dump tube used. CS part number GEN-6-575-17 is needed and it is available for purchase HERE.
