You are looking at the only performance exhaust manifold that can fit 4 different turbo flange options: Stock Mazda Flange, T3 Flange, Precision V-Band and Tial V-Band. This modular design allows you to choose your flange style and change it later without replacing the entire manifold. Cast from 304SS, there are no welded flanges or connections that are prone to cracking and each flange surface is precision machined for flatness. Whether you are stock turbo or looking for the most powerful stock flange turbo, the CST6, this manifold supported 685 Whp with ease and don’t forget the specifically designed dumptube that makes life easy for you.

Power:

30-40whp gains over an XS Power V3 and faster spooling. This is the result of a well designed, high flow exhaust manifold. Power over the entire curve results in better drive ability and faster times at the track.

Each component is CAD designed and validated on car for fitment and performance. Three components: the manifold, flange elbow, and dumptube come together to create the most complete exhaust manifold kit available.

MPS3 Turbo Manifold

Runner Design:

The CorkSport exhaust manifold utilizes 1.59 inch inner diameter runner for superior high power flow and smooth radius bends to reduce exhaust gas velocity losses vs the sharp bends and 1.41 inch runners found on the XS Power V3 and similar tubular exhaust manifolds. Exhaust gas velocity and smooth flow are the keys to an efficient and powerful exhaust manifold design. Utilizing casting vs tubular allows us to optimize both of these critical aspects.

2007-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 Turbo Manifold

High Flow:

Through a combination of computer aided flow simulations and flow bench testing, the CorkSport Exhaust Manifold was optimized to increase peak flow capacity and thus performance. Flow bench testing at 28 inches of H2O showed an average CFM flow improvement of 45% over OEM and 33% over XS Power V3.

2007-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 Turbo Manifold

Bullet Collector:

A shallow 16 degree angle collector with a defined “bullet” point was utilized to increase flow efficiency into the turbine for improved peak flow and power. Paired with individual runner lengths that vary from 10.50 to 12.40 inches, the CorkSport manifold improves flow balance while maintaining the unique Mazdaspeed exhaust note.

Mazdaspeed 6 Big Turbo Exhaust Manifold

Flange Selection:

The only exhaust manifold available today that lets you choose your flange style and change it later for minimal cost and headache. With a modular flange design you can choose a Stock, T3, PTE V-Band or Tial V-Band flange today and if you change your build in the future you only need the new flange elbow, not the whole manifold. Designed for standard 44mm V-Band External Wastegates.

Speed3 EWG Dump Tube

Dumptube:

With the unique location of the EWG we developed a custom fit 2-piece dumptube that makes installation easy. You can add this optional dumptube and avoid the high cost and time to have a custom dumptube fabricated. Designed to work with most typical downpipe and turbo setups.

Cast Mazdaspeed Exhaust Manifold

Manufacturing:

With the high heat and pressure demands put on the exhaust manifold; material and strength are critical. The CorkSport manifold is investment cast from 304 stainless steel with 0.50in (13mm) thick flanges and 0.20in (5mm) thick runner walls. This manifold is beefy so it can handle the high power high heat reliably.

The Install was good no issues at the one upper center bolt was no joke but easily done & didnt have to remove the turbo (i had a XS power manifold). will say tho for the people who got the Circuit Werks catless downpipe with OEM flange, the dumptube kit wont work unless you do some modification or run a V-band with a little modification really good product cant wait to see how she dows :)

It’s my first time putting an exhaust manifold for my car. I did my research and found that cast manifold is one of the best manifolds you can have. Corksport definitely did their research and making sure that this exhaust manifold will flow and help get power! It’s pretty straight forward if you follow the instructions. Very helpful and insane quality build!

The Corksport exhaust manifold is hands down a work of art ! When you get this out of the shipping box into your hands you’ll be confident this is going to outlast and outperform your stock manifold ! I didn’t remove any studs for my installation but had removed the turbo pedestal, downpipe , and wiper cowl completely.
Recommend to get a new OEM manifold gasket as it doesn’t come with one , apply some good copper anti seize on the studs when going back together.
The sound of the manifold produces a deep tone and can definitely tell it’s unrestricted now ! I got a tune after installing this along with other mods at the time to get the most results I could achieve. I would also recommend getting a high temp coating on it beforehand as after several miles and heat cycles it won’t look as good as it does new but that’s to be expected. Also make sure you have the correct dump tube version if you are running an external wastegate set up. Customer service was awesome and got the correct one I needed shipped out quick to get my car back up and on the road . Thanks CS

Classic Corksport quality you would expect from this company. Looks awesome straight out of the box and you can feel this isn't going to buckle under pressure down the road. I race my mazdaspeed with various organizations and need parts that I'm not going to have to worry about failing. I really like that this manifold is cast which is going to really limit the amount weak points that you would find on other products.

Its also much heavy-duty compared to the OEM manifold which feels like it is going to support my larger CST5 turbo much better. Install was a little tricky for me although I've heard that other brands are much harder to install. Make sure take your time and read the instructions before you get the part, as you'll need a reverse torx socket you may not have in your standard tool box.

The CS exhaust manifold is a huge improvement over the previous aftermarket exhaust manifold I had installed on my 2008 speed3. The build quality of the CS manifold is top notch, heavy duty and looks great. Install was a breeze (once I got the old one out) and the vband clamps in this kit make it much easier to remove/install the turbo if needed versus oem. Perfect for the engine build I am planning on my speed!

If your looking to spice up your engine bay or make some serious power this exhaust manifold is a must. Looks great, sounds great and most important adds some power that everyone wants. I did have to get a different downpipe to run it, the CNT DP doesn’t work with this manifold. It did give me the excuse to buy their 3.5 inch turbo back exhaust. Let me tell you this compo is a must. If you got the money doesn’t hesitate to buy this.

For those who are thinking if to purchase this manifold, let me tell you this part is second to none top notch quality, The sound is amazing, not to loud not to quiet. The construction and the quality is amazing, the best! For those who have cobb DP and are wondering if it fits and whether you have to relocate, I'm confirming you it fits perfect with alot of clearance, no need to relocate oxygen sensor. My car has not yet been tuned but even un-tuned i could feel the difference, that's taking into consideration that we did cs cams which is another part you must considered, car rolls very quick reaching rpms much quicker.

This is the best exhaust manifold on the market! Relatively easy install and looks amazing (although mine is now covered with their manifold blanket). This manifold is worth every penny.

Those who wrench on their own speeds know the time Corksport is saving us when having to do a turbo swap, maintenance or any work relating to the manifold with the two piece design.

I heard that Cobb Accessport will no longer remove the EGR code. I prefer not to have a dummy light that I have to check constantly. Is there a way to remove the code by either 1) Modifying the manifold to accept EGR; or 2) some other way to remove the code? Based on the position and routing of the wastegate it looks like it would be easy to recirc into the bell mouth section of the 3.5" downpipe. Is this something you guys would be likely to produce in the future? If I were to have a setup like I've described custom fabbed would this mess with the O2 sensor on the bell mouth?

Amazing manifold!! Build quality is top notch and I was very surprised at the amount of room there is between downpipe and wastegate pipes. I’m running a CP-E downpipe and it has at least an inch or more in every direction on my Mazdaspeed 6. Sound quality took some getting used to as it got rid of the standard Mazdaspeed note but quickly looked past once the wastegate opens! Would recommend to anyone looking for a manifold and it came a lot sooner than expected! Great work Corksport!!

Cast, Modular, v-band configurations, arguably the best sounding exhaust with stock location, not sure there is an argument out side of "extreme competitive price that makes it fly off the stock shelves" for the Mazdaspeed 3
