The CorkSport Dual VTA BPV provides features and performance to suit stock cars and on up to big turbo high-power setups. The CorkSport Dual VTA BPV holds 50psi, responds in 50 milliseconds, and wonāt stall your car coming to a stop at idle. All this comes in a compact design with nozzle adjustability to allow for easy installation in even the most cramped engine bay or with custom piping. #ZoomZoom!

The CorkSport Dual VTA BPV responds as low as 50 milli-seconds keeping pressure in check and the turbo spinning freely. This is made possible with a few key features:
O-rings are used for all critical sealing interfaces to provide a valve that can stand up to the pressure and has been tested to 50psi.
The VTA design of the CorkSport Dual VTA BPV allows the valve to function as a normal full recirculation design for most daily driving situations; essentially during minimal boost pressures and light throttle lift-offs.
The VTA ports will then be utilized for medium to high boost and abrupt throttle lift-offs. The higher boost levels cause a larger pressure differential between the intake manifold and charge pipe during throttle close, resulting in the BPV piston moving further, opening the VTA ports.
Standing just 2.5” tall, the CorkSport Dual VTA BPV is compact which is great for compact engine bay and custom intercooler piping. The VTA BPV also features an integrated hose port to reduce the chance of leaks and lost parts.
The nozzle features 3-way adjustability allowing the nozzle to point 15 or 30 degrees off-center.
It will take you 30 minutes to install the CorkSport Dual VTA BPV with our easy-to-use instructions.

So is the vta adjustable? Is this the same thing as a bov?
A bypass valve operates just like the stock plastic unit. The VTA has a small bypass but under high boost it is a vent to atmosphere setup.
Can i run this as a blow off valve with non recirculating intake with the recirculating hose not hooked up to the valve?
Yes you can but you need to tune for that.
Will I have issues with a California smog check?
This should not affect the smog check.
I need to replace one of the internal o-rings inside my bypass valve. (one is broken and the others are also old and hard). What are the diameter and thicknesses of the two types of internal o-rings? Thanks!
Give us a call and we can set you up with new O-Rings.
Just to be sure, can you run this on a 100% bone stock mazdaspeed 3 with no hpfp or tune and it will be safe?
Yes you can run this without a tune. Since it doesn't directly effect your car's target boost pressure, or fueling the fuel pump is not needed in this case.
How far should I drive for maintenance?
It wouldn't be a bad idea to check it and lube it up every other oil change
I have a 2011 Mazdaspeed3 with intake, turboback exhaust, corksport tmic, hpfp and dyno tune is this safe to run it like that or do i need to get re-tuned..?
What are the differences between this and the Mazdaspeed MZR Bypass Valve?
The bypass valve only vents to the turbo inlet pipe and it not designed to vent to the atmosphere. The dual valve at higher boost vents to atmosphere and well as maintains the re-circulation connection.
Do I have to be tune? Or can I run this stock? Well I have an intake and a test pipe
No tune is required. You can use this one a stock car if someone chose to.
Hey! I noticed on the description it says car wont die after idling after i install this..(Im going to purchase this either way) but as a new manual driver that would be a huge benefit if thats true? Does that mean if i come to a full stop with foot off the clutch in gear the car will idle instead of stalling? Thanks!
The valve is designed to be VTA without the stalling problem at low speeds.
I guess I'm unclear as to what the value is, of this item. I don't drag race. Unless it improves torque, I don't know why I should purchase it.
Check out our blog on the bypass valve which goes in depth with how it performs. https://corksport.com/blog/new-product-mazdaspeed-dual-vta-bypass-valve/
is this a 50/50, bov, or bpv?
I am little concerned about the vacuum hose that mounts on top of it, its position makes it difficult to using a clamp there. So, can we use the stock hose with the clamp there or we have to install a hose provided with the BPV.
It's designed to not need a clamp or anything on top. The hose will self-seal on the fitting. You will need to use the hose provided.
What the difference between this and the MZR Bypass valve - is it just the ability to switch to VTA? I have the CS Airbox on my car right now, will either option fit?
Adrian, What year is your speed so we can make sure if will clear the airbox? The dual valve operates both and a bypass. At lower boost levels it is a bypass valve, at higher boost it operates the bypass and VTA.
Will this need to be tuned to operate properly? Or no matter what mods you have stock or big turbo it will still be plug and play.
You can run the valve without changing your tune.
