Running factory power levels or seeking high HP numbers? Your fuel injectors work under extreme compression and combustion pressure. Don't let wasted power escape around that OEM excuse for a seal. Seriously, have you seen an OEM injector seal? Throw it out now. Get the CorkSport seal designed to deliver every horsepower to the ground where it belongs!
Our new, improved injector seals will keep you running longer and surpassing others. They are an extremely cost-effective improvement, designed for 2006-2013 MZR DISI engines available in the Mazdaspeed 3 and Mazdaspeed 6.
Superior design: The groove and flared lip design allows the seal to crush into the cylinder head, sealing in the OEM location and against the side for superior sealing performance.
No studs are necessary because the clamping force does not need to be increased above factory specifications.
Made in the USA: Designed, engineered, and produced in North America.
Community Collaboration: These are the famous Tokay BeCuse designed V2 seals.
Long Term Development and Testing: Check out our two part blog series on the design and testing of the seals. Part #1 Part #2
CorkSport service and support: Includes a limited warranty, full color installation instructions, and all necessary hardware. We provide knowledgeable telephone support at 360-260-2675.
Warranty Details: CorkSport offers a limited warranty on the injector seals to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days. The seals are designed to be installed once and CorkSport will not guarantee removal and a subsequent reinstallation. Installation errors of the injector seals are not covered. Please note for warranty considerations the seals will need to be returned to CorkSport for inspection before any replacement parts will be shipped out if applicable.
How To Install CorkSport 2007-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 and 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed 6 Fuel Injector Seals
It will take you between 4-6 hours to install your injector seals with hand tools. Follow our step-by-step installation instructions to increase your power.
At first I thought that the price was a little high for these 4 little brass things that looked like fittings. I had my friend install them, replace 2 gaskets and clean my valves. The extra HP you get from these seals is noticeable. The factory seals were shot, robbing me of valuable compression. I didn't give 5 stars because I believe that there is always room for improvement. Very little in this case but the price could be a little lower, also they are not nearly as easy to replace as the instructions suggest. I would highly recommend these seals.

Like a GLOVE! These fit perfectly, and are amazing quality! I was so worried about damaging them installing em, but nope! Slid on! OEMs crumbled off, pretty nasty! These are hands down the best on the market! Removing the injectors was toughest part, but simply wiggling em side to side broke em free of all the carbon and off they came!

installed at the same time i did the braided fuel line which made it easier in a sense , have to remove power steering pump and take the belt off didn't see that in the instructions but no big deal, cylinder 1 3 4 were leaking 2 was perfect still, cleaned the injectors , manifold , throttle body and where the injectors seal and hoping for the best looks like a great quality part even better that i could clean so much while I'm down there

I put them in 8 months ago. They were good at first but now I'm back to square one. I should've just put new injectors in and saved my time and money.

Installed when new injectors went into built long block. As advertised holds 25lbs all day long with zero error. Higher boost level require seals. These are quality.

A noticeable difference after install. The instructions were pretty clear up until I realize that you must move the belt pulley that is to the left of the intake manifold to get the last bolt out of the manifold. 2 of the four stock injectors were a little difficult to pull out, but once they were the install was a cinch. I do recommend removing the TIP when performing this install, it makes things much easier.

At 100k miles I was far overdue for a valve cleaning and injector seals to prep my motor for a bigger turbo and more power. The instruction packet they include in the injector kit was very helpful to get everything apart. Once the injectors were out I was amazed at the amount of debris around the OEM excuse for a seal. The CS injector seals installed without a hitch, and now I know my motor is ready for more power!!
**Sidebar, if you have any .50AE cal brass lying about your workbench like I do, don't get them confused with your CS injector seals! ;)
