Price: $349.99

Get maximum turbo performance and dramatically increase torque with the Mazdaspeed 3 Power Series Downpipe. The CorkSport Mazdaspeed3 downpipe was expertly designed to replace the restrictive element in the Mazdaspeed 3 stock downpipe

The CorkSport Advantage

CorkSport 80mm or 65mm Flange ChoicesFitment Choices: Pick the 65mm flange for stock fitment (it will also work with all aftermarket exhausts), or 80mm flange for the CorkSport Cat Back exhaust and true 3" piping. Either way, mandrel bent piping is used to create smooth exhaust flow for dramatic increases in power.

CorkSport Downpipe and Intake Dyno ChartImproved Power: With just an intake installed you can gain up to 50 HP more by adding the long catted downpipe, or short downpipe and racepipe.

CorkSport Short Catless DownpipeCorkSport Short Downpipe: Replaces just the downpipe section but not the racepipe for a cost effective solution that works with the stock racepipe, or aftermarket. For lasting corrosion resistance and reduced heat transfer to the engine bay, the CorkSport MS3 downpipe uses polished 3ƒ? 304 stainless steel and features TIG welds that offer superior arc and weld puddle control for a cleaner appearance and precise weld bead control

CorkSport Long Catted Downpipe Replaces the Downpipe and Racepipe SectionsThe CorkSport Long Catted Downpipe: Replaces both the stock Downpipe and Racepipe sections. With two O2 bungs and an included high-flow metallic flexible catalytic converter the CorkSport Long Catted Downpipe can be run withouth risk of an unwanted check engine light, or overspool on the turbo due to lack of backpressure.

The CorkSport Advantage

  • Remove exhaust flow restriction: by replacing the single most restrictive element of the exhaust, the downpipe
  • Polished 3" 304 stainless steel piping: for corrosion resistance and reduced heat transfer
  • Unique Divorced Waste-gate Design: Reduces exhaust flow disturbances related to waste-gate operation and boost spikes
  • Mandrel bent: for a smooth exhaust flow and solid power increases
  • TIG welds: for a stronger more seamless connection
  • Genuine CorkSport Look: Stylish etched stainless steel CorkSport logo plate
  • Gains in power up to 21 WHP: when installed on otherwise stock Mazdaspeed
  • CorkSport Service and Support: Receive a 2 year warranty, full color installation instructions, all of the needed installation hardware, and knowledgeable telephone installation support

*Installation of the CorkSport Downpipe with High-Flow Cat replaces the downpipe and racepipe.

*Installation of the downpipe without the high-flow catalyst option will activate CEL on 2010+ models and is not legal for street use.

*Catted Downpipe Option is not legal for California residents and some other locations.

*Installation of a downpipe requires a High Pressure Fuel Pump upgrade to maintain your engines safety.

I have an '09 MS3 with your SRI... Warranty is up so time for the toys...Is there a specific fuel pump upgrade you recommend running with the downpipe? Also as long as I get the catted model will I be ok running this in NY?
Does this car have the old forge BPV with the nina sword sound?

    CorkSport Reply:Yes it does.

What's the difference between going with the catted down pipe and the CBE vs the non-catted down pipe, the catted race pipe and the CBE? The second option seems less restrictive and still legal.

If i already have a catted race pipe do i need to order the non catted down pipe? it says it replaces race pipe i just want to know because i dont want a cel
Hey CorkSport, I currently have a MagnaFlow Cat-Back exhausted system installed (3inch tubing). Just wanted to make sure the catted downpipe option will align/fit with the magnaflow and would I need a 65 or 80 connection?

CorkSport Reply:The Magnaflow exhaust necks down to the stock size donut so you will want our stock fitment racepipe.
Man Big Thanks to My Hommie G CornDizzle, You know why! Greatly appreciate it bro I'm actually hanging the letter on the wall! After Tonight It's Big Boy Power from here on out!!!

I'll point pics of before and after, and video of stock take off vs CS DP. CS team yall make me feel safe using yalls products because I know I cant trust that theyre made right and will keep my $30,000 investment going strong!!!

Will I be ok installing a downpipe+high-flow cat on a 2010+ mazdaspeed3 and leave all other exhaust parts oem?

CorkSport Reply: An upgraded fuel pump would need to be installed. A tune is a good idea as well.
I just got my down pipe as a b-day gift ;-) lucky me lol!, I spent an hour or so on Friday doing installation of course I did not finish because it got dark, then finish everything up next day. Starting from instruction on how to instal to the product itself, everything was perfect. The final result is just wow! Sound wise, it got a deeper, robust, louder but not too loud tone, which by the way I love it(still stock exhaust on my car). Performance wise, the kick you get from the higher torque is a huge difference, the only bad thing is I cannot hit it too much because I am waiting for my HPFP(high pressure fuel pump) internals in order for me to hit my car as hard as possible. Main points so far, installation is a pain in the but but Corksport make it as painless as possible with their great instructions and awesome product quality which by the way, CS down pipe has better fitment than stock. If you get down pipe please get HPFP since is a must or you will blow up engine. Corksport, what an amazing job you did. Extremely happy with product, result, customer service, etc.
I will say this product was a breeze to install. Taking the old down pipe off was not as easy. I installed this with the cat back and catted down. So far no check engine light so thats awesome hope it stays that way. The oxygen sensor socket is a must for this install as well with a lot of patience. But in the end well worth it. Love the sound with the cat back. I will post back later after i throughly test it. thanks CS.
Hey CS so will Autotech Hi-Volume Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit support my CS TBE?

    CorkSport Reply:yes it will.

I have a 2009 'Speed3-Will the short pipe (downpipe only) trigger a CEL? Will I require a tune after installing it? Plan on using stock racepipe (has stock cat). Will I be required to use aftermarket hpfp? Thanks for the help.

Does the long pipe have 2 cats on it? You mention it comes with your race pipe but I see the flexible mesh which isn't on the race pipe I found on your website. I only really want a catted downpipe and a cattless race pipe. Thanks!

I know I need one donut for my racepipe but on your instructions for the downpipes it says I need to purchase 2 but don't see were the second one goes only were the first one goes witch is attache to the end of the downpipe.

I plan on purchasing this high flow catted downpipe for my car but im worried about the exhaust smells might be annoying. When I bought the racepipe, didn't notice no exhaust smell but I mean none but since this dp replaces a high cell cat with a low cell cat, that's why my concern.
