Precision Machined:
CorkSport short ram intake is equipped with a precision-crafted billet MAF housing. This ensures that the intake's diameter precisely matches the OEM's specifications, allowing for uninterrupted airflow and precise sensor measurements.
Dryflow Filter:
The CorkSport SRI air filters are designed for long-lasting performance. The filters use a cone shape to provide a consistent airflow. A non-woven media capture dirt and debris and is designed to shred from the vibrations of the engine. The reusable filter is washable allowing you to clean the filter without the need for oil. Combine with the CorkSport Air Filter Sock.
Fitment:
**How to find your build date of your 2013-2024 Mazda CX-5. Open the drivers door and locate the vehicle identification sticker. It will look like the picture below. There will be a location which says date shown with the red arrow. That is what you need to find your build date. As you can see on the example below the Mazda was built in November 2012.
- No tuning required.
- Does not work with engines equipped with the EGR Cooler located on top of the intake manifold.
- Not confirmed to work with 2.0L engine. Use at your own risk.
- Some early Mazda CX-5 production models may experience a CEL (Check Engine Light) with the use of the Short Ram Intake. If you have an early 2019 model you may need to get an update PCM ECU flash from your dealership to prevent this CEL.
- Solution: With OEM components installed, schedule an appointment with your local dealership. Request the updated PCM ECU flash for TSB #: 01-015/19.
- There will be some minor added engine induction noise as a result of installing this intake.

We do have an optional heatshield. we do not offer an enclosed box yet.
What size is the air filter

will this fit a 2024 Mazda CX5 2.5 non turbo and do they have a box that fits.
Does this upgrade void the manufacturer warranty?
That will be up to the dealership, we suggest to keep the oem intake system to switch back to before going in.
