Mazda 3 Performance Exhaust system for the 2004-2009 Mazda 3 which fits both the 2.0 and 2.3 engine options

The CorkSport Power Series Mazda 3 performance exhaust system is a bolt on exhaust system designed to get the most power from your 2003-2009 Mazda 3. The exhaust system fits both 4 door sedan and 5 door hatch models. The exhaust system works with both engine types 2.0 and 2.3. and works with both standard and PZEV models.


Power gains on 2.3 models have shown a 12 wheel HP increase over the stock Mazda exhaust.

The CorkSport Power Series Mazda 3 exhaust systems are constructed withthe quality materials and construction methods. CorkSport uses 2.4" IDpolished 304 Stainless Steel piping for all our Mazda 3 exhaustsystems. Mandrel bent piping is used for smooth exhaust flow toincrease power. CorkSport Mazda 3 exhaust also features TIG welds for astrong and good looking connection.

CorkSport exhausts utilize factory hanger locations for easyinstallation.The CorkSport Mazda 3 exhaust includes the hardware needed forinstallation of the exhaust.

Installation of the exhaust requires the removal of the stock secondun-monitored catalyst. Removal of a catalyst on a street vehicle isillegal thus this system is not sold for street use. If you select the catalyst option the exhaust will come with a high flow metallic substrate catalyst which will be compliant with most states emissions.

All CorkSport exhausts come with a 2 year warranty.

Let’s be honest—few things are more obnoxious than the sound of a four-cylinder economy car with a cheap exhaust. Not only does it ruin your driving experience, but everyone around you has to suffer as well. You know it. I know it. That’s why you’re here, looking at this exhaust. That’s why you’re reading my review.

When I started modifying my car, one of the first things I looked at was the exhaust. I spent days searching, watching countless YouTube videos, trying to find something that met my requirements. I didn’t just want it to sound good—I wanted it to look great, too. Over and over, CorkSport came up as a top recommendation in every video and review I found.

The exhaust arrived packaged like a newborn baby—carefully and securely. From the welds to the polish, everything screamed high quality. Installation was simple enough. Just have a MAP gas torch and some penetrating oil on hand for the rusty bois.

The first startup had me hooked! I’ve loved it from the first drive, and the sound has only gotten better with time. After a few thousand miles of break-in, my car now makes subtle pops and growls. During autocross, it stays well within the 95-decibel limit. Cold starts are invigorating but won’t have my neighbors up in arms.

In my opinion, this should be one of your first mods. And if you’re driving a manual, pair it with a short shift kit! It’s been nearly a year now, and I’m still loving how it transformed my car’s driving experience.

I got this from a November 11th sale. It took 2 weeks to install because of busy weeks and frustration with the Corksport hangers that I purchased along side the exhaust. When first crank the car sounded unlike anything the videos I've witnessed. Deep, throaty, coherent, and clear when cold started I thought this sounded like a beefed up WRX or whats close to one. When warmed up its burble and quiet ever so subtle. I love the parts when ever I downshift or engine brake, it makes pop noises XD. Well worth the money and savings, I gotta go with a SRI next on my 2005 Mazda 3 Hatch 2.3L.

I am seriously pleased with my purchase. It sounds awesome on my 08' Mazda3. Sounds perfect at idle and sounds even better at higher rpms. Can't recommend this enough!

Had it on for about 6 months so far. Sounds absolutely amazing for a V4, I really recommend putting one on. Revving sounds great, but it sounds even better under power. Not annoying at all, but the cabin noise is pretty up there because they built the BK models like tin cans. And you won’t annoy your neighbors either! A perfect in-between that people won’t be annoyed at while also being loud and distinguished enough for people to look around when they hear it.

Very good for the price you pay.

The exhaust shipped very quick and was well received. The packaging was super neat and everything arrived in great condition.

I installed the exhaust at a specialist, they got it installed within 30 minutes after removing the stock one. They said installation was super easy and everything fit together like a glove.

First impressions first key start: sounds great with very minimal drone in the driver seat. The exhaust gives off a nice smooth stone, no rumbling, sometimes a little pop, but nothing too extreme. I opted in for the extra Catalyst, didn't want to risk any issues with road laws here.

Only feedback would be to include two stickers with the purchase, one for each window on the side!

Otherwise I was super happy with my product, its shipment and overall quality of it. Thanks!

Came way faster than expected which was perfect right before a trip I’m taking, had just enough time to put on so far quality Is great and it looks amazing. Install was a little tricky by myself but I got it definitely recommend two people at least for install but can be done by ones self. So far it sounds just as amazing as it looks not ricer sounding like a Honda but also not super deep with drone almost sounds like a Subaru WRX. Worth the money to get for your car. Only gave 4 stars because I haven’t had it long to tell the lasting effects time may have on it but for just the first few days and quality out of the box it is a great product and I will be for sure buying from these guys again.

Sounds awsome. It's not too loud and has a nice tone. You can barely even tell it's not oem while idling, but once you get on it, is sounds very nice. The the install was somewhat of a pain in the ass, but only because of their urethane exhaust hangers I used. Even with silicone lube, the exhaust didn't want to go in the holes, but now the it doesn't bang around the bottom of the car so it was worth it. The only real issue I had was the an exhaust leak around the flange which connects to the stock headers. I'm not really sure if it was because of my car or a defective part, but I eventually fixed it with JB Weld exhaust sealant. All in all, I would buy it again.
