The CorkSport Power Series Mazda 3 performance exhaust system is a bolt on exhaust system designed to get the most power from your 2003-2009 Mazda 3. The exhaust system fits both 4 door sedan and 5 door hatch models. The exhaust system works with both engine types 2.0 and 2.3. and works with both standard and PZEV models.
Power gains on 2.3 models have shown a 12 wheel HP increase over the stock Mazda exhaust.
The CorkSport Power Series Mazda 3 exhaust systems are constructed withthe quality materials and construction methods. CorkSport uses 2.4" IDpolished 304 Stainless Steel piping for all our Mazda 3 exhaustsystems. Mandrel bent piping is used for smooth exhaust flow toincrease power. CorkSport Mazda 3 exhaust also features TIG welds for astrong and good looking connection.
CorkSport exhausts utilize factory hanger locations for easyinstallation.The CorkSport Mazda 3 exhaust includes the hardware needed forinstallation of the exhaust.
Installation of the exhaust requires the removal of the stock secondun-monitored catalyst. Removal of a catalyst on a street vehicle isillegal thus this system is not sold for street use. If you select the catalyst option the exhaust will come with a high flow metallic substrate catalyst which will be compliant with most states emissions.
All CorkSport exhausts come with a 2 year warranty.

CorkSport has been the Mazda Performance source since 1998.
The exhaust shipped very quick and was well received. The packaging was super neat and everything arrived in great condition.
I installed the exhaust at a specialist, they got it installed within 30 minutes after removing the stock one. They said installation was super easy and everything fit together like a glove.
First impressions first key start: sounds great with very minimal drone in the driver seat. The exhaust gives off a nice smooth stone, no rumbling, sometimes a little pop, but nothing too extreme. I opted in for the extra Catalyst, didn't want to risk any issues with road laws here.
Only feedback would be to include two stickers with the purchase, one for each window on the side!
Otherwise I was super happy with my product, its shipment and overall quality of it. Thanks!
Why are all of your exhausts designs for off road use
Our exhausts are designed for performance and are not certified to meet emissions regulations for street use. They are intended for off-road and race applications only
Just wondering if I get the system without the cat will it cause my 2009 Mazda 3 i 2.0 manual to throw any codes or turn the check engine light on.
No codes will be thrown, aka no check light. Although please note removing a cat can cause you to have issues passing emissions or other issues. Make sure to check you local laws. All of our exhausts are designs for off road use.
If I get the high flow second cat, does will it still come with a race pipe?
No
Would the high cat be legal in California?
None of our exhaust are CARB legal and are all made for off road use only.
With the high flow catalyst, is this exhaust able to pass California emissions/smog test?
This catback is for offroad or racing purposes only in your state, it will not pass with this exhaust.
will the exhaust fit without removing the catalyst?
Does this fit on a mazdaspeed 08 hatchback?
We have heard of people swapping exhausts on then gen1 Mazdaspeed and NA 3 but can't confirm fitment.
If i get this exuast for my sedan model will the exuast pipe stick out like usual or is it not long enough to even see it?
If you purchase the right version the tip will fit cleanly in the bumper cut out.
How much louder is the exhaust without the cat, compared to with the cat? Because in my area I need a cat, is there any way I can make it be louder with the cat?
Even with the cat it is pretty loud. There are a few videos floating around online if you check in the Mazda3 groups.
Will this work on the hatch, or is it only for the sedan?
This exhaust is compatible with both body styles
will this work with automatic models too ?
Yes, the exhaust is compatible with both automatic and manual models.
Will it fit on a 04 mazda 3 1.6turbo diesel
We have not been able to test fit it on that model
With the catalyst is the exhaust legal to get a WOF in new zealand thanks.

Does it have a OE fitment and path on 05 Mazda 3 sedan?
It is an OEM replacement with a bigger bore.
Can install on this model , MAZDA 3 5 PORTES (BK) 1.4 ESSENCE (84 CH / 62 KW, AC 2003) ?
This exhaust fits the 2.0 and 2.3L models, we don't have the 1.4 to confirm fitment.
Hello I have a Mazda Axela 2007 1.5 ZYVE would this be compatible? And would it make any gain in power?
We did not get the 1.5 in the US, so we are unable to confirm fitment

How loud is this exhaust system with the high flow cat? How many dB's does it output? Thanks.
Sorry, we don't have a dB reading for this set up. The catted version will definitely be more subtle than the non catted kit.
Will this fit to the stock cat? I donāt necessarily want to do a cat delete, Iād only like to replace the catback.
This replaces the secondary cat, so you would still have the OEM primary. You can use the drop down to add a high flow secondary cat as well.
So without the catalyst, it will throw a code then ? Mainly asking for when I go for a smog check.
It will not trigger a CEL because the O2 sensor is on the primary cat.
With the hi-flow cat, will is throw any codes? E-check will fail you for any check engine lights where I live
CEL are linked to the O2 sensor, which is not tampered with while installing this exhaust.
Its indicated that it will not throw a Check Engine Light, is this with or without the high flow CAT option? My car is a 2.0 sedan from 2008, want to be sure i wont get any CEL.
The OEM O2 sensor is on the first CAT, which is unchanged with our exhaust. That is how we know it will not trigger a CEL

Weight is 47lbs, the box dimensions are 63x9x16

Yes, it is a bolt on from the OEM header back.
Before I purchase this exhaust should I get it with a high flow catalyst or without it? Can someone explain?
Without the high flow catalyst it will flow more freely and be louder. You may run into emissions issues if they check in your area.
