Improve handling and maintain ride height and comfort, while minimizing body roll with the CorkSport Mazda 3 2004-2009 / Mazdaspeed 3 2007-2009 Front Sway Bar. Intended to complement the CorkSport Rear Sway Bar, this is not adjustable by design. If you prefer more under or over steer, simply set the rear bar firmer or softer to match your driving style. Each sway bar includes machined 6061-T6 aluminum sway bar brackets, which are more durable than the stamped steel design common with other sway bars. They look sharp and have an anodized black finish.

The sway bar came in yesterday morning. It took me a few hours to get the old one out and stick the new one in. There weren't any major hang ups, but notable things went down. I broke off one of those little 12 mm bolts on the subframe support because I was too eager to get the new sway bar in and I took out the big 21 mm bolt first. The new bar is substantially girthier than the stock one so you might not be able to put the new bar in the same way you took the old one out. I wound up dropping the old sway bar out of the back of the subframe ( towards the downpipe) and I had to stick the new one in one the passenger side and kind of wiggle it around and manipulate the subframe a little to get it into position.
My car feels significantly more responsive and stable.

Just installed both the front and rear sway bars yesterday in a couple of hours. They arrived on time and well packaged as usual, even with an extra little treat and some stickers!

Installation was not as bad as I thought it would be. Everything came out and went back in really smoothly, although I think that mostly depends on how rusty your car is underneath. The sway bars themselves are really high quality and look incredible, especially once you get all the brackets and hardware attached to it. It’s a shame you can’t really see them once they’re installed!

The cars waiting for first day of testing in spring but I have no doubt these are going to make a huge difference. These are an absolute must if you’re thinking about doing any racing or just want better handling for some fun spirited driving. I also like that I have some adjustments for the rear to balance out the over/steer in the turns.

The front sway bar comes nicely packaged with stickers, great instructions, and looks wonderful. These have finally gotten rid of my issues with squeaking bushings, and hugely reduced body roll. The attention to detail is great. Take your time installing and have fun.

Corksport is the model by which all companies should strive to be, however them not following in suite is what makes me keep coming back for more.

The customer service is spectacular, when I call with questions I get to speak to an engineer. Being an engineer, there is nothing more frustrating than sales people BS-ing their way through your questions to get to the gold. This is a company that builds a relationship with their customers, does what they can to help them, and build great products because they care.

Since the is no FAQ, ill ask my question here.

Does your Billet Sway Bar Brackets fit the Front Sway Bar for a Gen1?

When the picture description mentions the Billet Sway Bar Brackets being used, it specifies the rear sway bar. The installation of the Billet Sway Bar Brackets also specifies that they are only for the rear in the title. Plus, the add for the Front Sway Bar says the diameter is 28.5mm. The option of 28mm for the Billet Sway Bar Brackets is smaller then 28.5mm.
