J-Spec Tail Lights

There always seems to be 2-3 really cool features or parts that Japanese market Mazdas get that the North America imported models do not. For example on the Mazda 2 we did not get the auto leveling HID headlights, or the cool tail lights. I personally like having choices so we imported in a set of the Mazda J-Spec tail lights from the Japanese market Demio for our project car. If you are worried about getting a set, we did get some extras.
The Japanese lights look very good. At night they give the impression of LED lights with the diffused panel for the stop/parking lights. Installation of the lights is pretty easy, it only requires a philips screwdriver to remove the tail lights from the body and two interior trim panels. The Japanese lights have the same connectors so once you get the old ones out installation is a plug in affair.
If you want to your Mazda 2 different these lights do the trick.
