Your pressure relief valve (PRV) is located on your fuel rail and as its name suggests, helps to control fuel pressure in the fuel rail. If your PRV is stuck open or closed, you can have all sorts of issues, including but not limited to misfires, low fuel pressure, loud engine clicking/chirping noise, inconsistent fuel pressure, and the varied CELs that come with these issues.
