Remove the tendency to overpower the front tires under hard cornering and minimize traction robbing body lean with the CorkSport Mazdaspeed 3 Rear Adjustable Sway Bar. Compressing inside suspension, the CorkSport Mazdaspeed 3 Rear Sway Bar effectively increases the spring rate on side of the suspension which is compressed most and its adjustability allows you to fine tune the handling. Each Mazdaspeed3 sway bar includes machined 6061-T6 aluminum sway bar brackets which are more durable than the stamped steel design common with other sway bars and look sharp with an anodized black finish.

How to install a Mazdaspeed 3 rear sway bar

Will this fit a 2012 mazda 3 sedan?
This is a night and day difference OMG I did mot expect this much.

I noticed the improvment instantly. I can take turns like a champ no hesitation no 2nd thoughts. Winner status!
will this fit a 2012 SA hatchback?

CorkSport Reply:Yes
This sway bar is definitely a must if you want to improve the handling of your Mazdaspeed 3. It reduces body roll and gives the car a more solid feel. Furthermore, it diminishes under steer when attacking a curve .Everything it said it would do. Just another excellent product from Corksport 5/5
will this work on 2012 mazda 2.0 non skyactive?

CorkSport Reply: You can fit the swaybar on a Mazda 3 if you upgrade the end links to the Mazdaspeed 3 type.
Easy install and good instructions. I have it on weakest setting but that is only 114% stiffer than EOM. Only other setting is 180% stiffer, will try that next b/c weaker is very same difference. Why such extreme differences:114% or 180%?? nothing in between. I don't race my MS3 but I hope to get a little more than 14% better handling. I read that too stiff will make tires slide (interstate ramps be hardest cornering for me).

Will the 180% make me slide on the interstate ramps on rainy days?? ~a little worried~ If I slide, I'll repost
Put it on my 2013 Speed 3, on the stiffest setting. Probably should not of been surprised, but i was. Holy S*** what a difference it makes. I am completely happy that i did this as my first mod !!
another great product from the folks at corksport! entering and exiting corners feels like your on rails. install was as easy as it gets (10 minutes with an air tool and a buddy) and (5 minutes to adjust the positioning) hands down great product. thanks corksport!

ps. cant wait for the front sway bar
The handling improvement that just this one modification made on my Mazdaspeed3 was dramatic! Makes the car stay nice and flat in the corners. Installation was super simple and took less than an hour.
Never thought 15 min of work would change my car this much. It makes me want to speed through corners a lot more because I know that it can take it. the adjustment is great, I am able to change it for the days at the track or regular street driving.

Will this work on non-mazdaspeed models? I have a 2012 Mazda 3 I touring, with the Skyactiv engine

I currently have Corksport's older rear sway bar with the 3 hole settings. I no longer recall the stiffness rating for that bar and hoping you could tell me if the stiffest setting of your current rear sway bar is greater than the stiffest setting of my bar? Thanks in advance.
