Mazdaspeed FMIC Kit

Dramatically improve cooling efficiency and performance with the CorkSport 2007-2009 Mazdaspeed 3 Front Mount Intercooler Kit for Short Ram Intake. The CorkSport FMIC features a 24x6x3.5ā€ aluminum core intercooler with custom cast end tanks and 2.25ā€ aluminum mandrel bent piping with bead rolled ends connected by your choice of black, red or blue silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. The kit has been developed specifically for the 2007-2009 Mazdaspeed 3 and was designed and tested to integrate seamlessly with the CorkSport Power Series Short Ram Intake. During extensive testing, the front mount intercooler saw an average 1.5-2psi pressure drop across the core and 85% efficiency which mean greatly reduced core temperatures. Purchase this as a standalone kit to compliment your current Short Ram Intake or purchase with the Power Series Short Ram Intake for additional savings and power gains..

How to installation instructions for the Mazdaspeed FMIC Kit

Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t help but smile when I see the “CorkSport” stenciling on the intercooler through the front grille. Looks aggressive, functions well, and install was smooth as butter.

Step by step instructions make it a breeze, and the kit had everything I needed for install. No need to run to the hardware store mid install for misc bolts because itā€™s all there! Overall highly recommend this FMIC kit if youā€™re looking to upgrade your cooling!
Worth the wait!! The instructions really helped out while installing the piping. Had one user error point but one quick call to the guys at CorkSport and it was solved. BAT is at a record low for me (100 degree weather here in Texas). Thanks guys!
Love this FMIC!
