The CorkSport EWG Cap for Tial MV-R 44mm sized wastegate port is a perfect way to eliminate any unneeded EWG ports on your build. Perfect if you went for a CS exhaust manifold but aren’t ready for EWG yet or already have EWG on your manifold but just upgraded to a CST6. Ensure a good seal for perfect boost characteristics with precision machined 303 stainless steel construction and an included v-band clamp!#ZoomZoom!

Function Focused:

The CorkSport EWG Cap will easily block off any unneeded or unused external wastegate port in your manifold or turbine housing. We took all critical design dimensions directly from a Tial MV-R 44mm wastegate so you can be confident you will have a perfect fit with no leaks.

Materials & Manufacturing:

Each CS EWG block off is precision machined from 303 stainless steel for great fitment, corrosion resistance, and strength. Included with every cap is a stainless steel v-band clamp so install is simple and you don’t need to go hunting for the correct clamp!

Installation will vary depending on location of wastegate port. Ensure cap is centered on wastegate port and tighten supplied clamp to 8-12ft-lbs.

Wasn’t sure which wastegate cap to get for my CST6 and Corksport released this the very week I was shopping for one! Part came quick and I’m confident I’ll never have an issue with any exhaust hot side leaks!

Corksport made it easy with this kit to block off my external wastegate on the turbine housing with my cst4 when I upgraded . It can also be used on the CS manifold for when you’re ready to go to a wastegate setup in the future . The precision machining makes for a great fitment without any leaks and the v-band design installs easily and looks awesome paired with the stainless steel clamp. Built to last with great durability.
