First off, a fantastic buy. The silicone may have some minor scratches on the inner walls but that’s just life. Overall the hardware is pretty dang great and fits the way you would expect. That said, I have a 250k+ 2010 3s and it was already running a bit rich due to a deteriorating wideband sensor. Make sure to replace your aging wideband as this intake will (at least initially) have your engine running richer than normal which can cause the catalyst efficiency code. Doesn’t hinder much, but should be dealt with before you go crazy on your pulls. However, If you have updated your engine bay according to the maintenance schedule, you should have no problems enjoying this fully right out of the box.
