What is This & Why is it Needed?

Modern Mazdas come with many adaptive technologies, one being self-leveling headlights. This technology allows the headlights to remain level regardless of the vehicles pitch. When lowered however, the car interprets this change in suspension geometry and adjusts the headlights, often aiming them straight into the ground.

CorkSport’s Headlight Leveling Link allows you to adjust the headlights back to their original orientation regardless of how low your car sits.

Flexible Design

The headlight leveling link uses inline ball joints and a cleverly designed bracket that allows one of the ball joints to slide up/down. This provides you infinite adjustability of length.

Manufacturing

The headlight leveling link is manufactured from 0.190” aluminum sheet and anodized black for a durable, long-lasting finish.

I lowered my 16' Mazda3 s Grand Touring with auto leveling headlamps, my headlights eem lower than normal, should this be corrected automatically by the adaptive headlights or do I need to buy this to raise the headlights back up?

My 2014 Mazda 6 GT is stock. It is not lowered. However, the Xenon self leveling headlight aim is just too low from the factory. Will this part resolve that issue or is it just for vehicles that have been lowered?

Are the self leveling headlights not any stable under the hood on 2013+ models? There are highly adjusters built into my 2012 Speed 3 and all it takes is parking the car on level ground 25ft from a way, and using a Phillips head screw driver to (clockwise to raise) get them back at the proper height. My car is slammed and there's plenty of adjustability space with the built in adjustment dials to get them back to proper. Does this pro cut do something that that adjustment doesn't?

If you're lowering your grand touring w/auto leveling with coils or springs this product will fix the issue of them pointing at the ground. Its a quick and easy install that will get your headlights level and working as Mazda intended. Keep yourself safe when lowering!

I can’t speak to everyone’s experience, but I feel Corksport has dropped the ball on this product. I installed this part about 30k miles ago. During the install I thought to myself, considering the 4-6ftlb torque spec, “huh, the nut-in-slider assembly doesn’t seem to be very secure.” Later, I noticed that the headlight’s auto leveling function was not working as expected. Over the weekend I was installing some suspension parts when I noticed that the leveling link was moving independently of the slider due to the nut not being tight enough. This is a design oversight. There should be a series of holes, rather than a slider, so the link can be locked in place to assure that it will not slide. In its current state, on my vehicle, the link slides freely even though the nut is fully tightened, meaning the car assumes it is on a level surface at all times. Considering the amount of vibration that the assembly receives on the road, the design seems very naive. I have many quality CS products installed on my vehicle - this isn’t one of them.

So glad they came out with this, love my lowered 6 but need to see as well. The directions don't say so... At least I don't think they do... But the headlight adjuster is at the back control arm, super easy install!

A quick night trip to Mt. Hood convinced me I needed this. 10 minute install and it was a "Night and Day Difference".

Absolutely amazing & worth every, single, penny!

I can finally see again & my lights are aimed even better than before! Easiest setting is install this piece (5 minutes), line up the factory piece & adjust from there to what height you desire!
