Amazing and simple mod! Very glad that I installed this rear motor mount. It totally changes the driving experience and makes it much more enjoyable. When you start the car it does make a different sound, but it's a sound that you can tell the motor is more stable. When the A/C is running the vibration and sound is very minor. I thought the increase in noise and vibration would be greater, but it is really not a big deal. Order it!
This is the best $100 spent. Very little torque steer and I have not noticed any extra NVH at all. Shifting has almost no clunking. Thank you corksport for a great product!!!
Just installed on my 07 GT Sedan (5spd), and I have to say this mount makes a hell of a difference to both how it gets the power down and shift feel!.

Installation: To put it simply, it's a breeze, bolts right in with no fuss, very simple to do.

Road Testing: I have stock mounts on all other locations, and upon startup I did notice that the vibrations increased around 40% I'd say over stock, is it as bad as others here have mentioned? not to me, but your mileage may vary here. First thing I immediately noticed was that alot of the drivetrain lash I was experiencing before was gone (stock rear motor mount was still in good shape). Acceleration feels a bit more spirited, but the biggest improvement is definitely in the 1-2 and 2-3 shift quality. Gone is the odd notchiness and sluggish pickup when shifting to second from above 4500rpm and everything feels signifigantly tightened up, even removed alot of the wheel hop off the line, and while accelerating while turning.

Vibration: You seem to get the most vibration from 750rpm to about 3200 rpm and it tapers off the higher you get in the rev range, at no time did it rattle my dash, but I can definitely feel it in my seat, wich is fine in my opinion. It is at it's worst when you are setting off from a stop at around 1200 rpm, but it passes quickly and quite frankly to me, the improved feel of the car far outweighs the vibrations, in fact I kinda like them, makes the car feel a bit more raw and connected.

At the end of the day would I recommend this mount to a non enthusiast who doesn't drive their car with gusto? probably not, to someone who dailies the car and likes to drive it with some spirit I'd say go for it, the vibes really are not that bad for the benefits you get on shift and throttle feel.
I loved my JBR 88a dogbone RMM, but my family did not.
So, I went looking for a RMM that was not too expensive and had a lot of positive reviews. So, while I do not have the same race car feel when I start the car up and the same launches, I do have family members who like to be in my car.
Still, this product is way better than what I had before I switched over to the JBR mount. I am happy to be a new member to the CorkSport community. I wish our Canadian currency was so devalued.
    I will return!!

The mount works incredibly well and was very easy to install! It completely eliminated wheel hop with straight line acceleration. It also stopped the tire spin when accelerating while turning (like when pulling off of a side street into traffic). An unexpected benefit was the incredible improvement in SNOW TRACTION! Acceleration was possible even in the wrong gear. You can easily start from second. It also made the front end of the car feel tighter.
The only downside is the noise. It is really loud when starting and idling. It isn't a bad noise...make it sound like a power house. People always ask whats wrong with the car.
I did switch to the Corksport RMM insert. This gives the best of both worlds. Less wheel spin than stock with MUCH less noise than the Race mount. I prefer the performance of this mount but the noise got to be a bit much.

This was installed in a 2011 2.5L 6 Speed Manual.
    Buy it.

Several rear motor mounts are available for the BK-series Mazda 3, but this is the only one I have seen which is an exact OE fitment (it may even be a gutted-and-stuffed OEM stamping) using the factory bolts. The improvement is astonishing. The sloppy "rubber band" effect during heavy throttle transitions and gear shifts is *gone*, as the new mount mitigates rotation of the entire powertrain. A small concession is a bit of tolerable vibration, but this should settle down after a few hundred miles of break-in. Drilling a circle of eight 1/8" holes in the urethane might reduce this, if you want to experiment.

The installation instructions are accurate, except for the socket size required for removing the three bolts that secure the alloy bracket to the transmission - they are 19mm, not 17mm. Drive your car up on ramps, and the work takes less than an hour.

Forget my last review. After a couple hundred miles...can totally feel the difference. Much smoother! When you let go the clutch a little at a red light, it goes foward without jumps on the transmission. Feels like an automatic ! Plus, shifting to 2nd gear is a breeze. Great product
I don't know really, maybe I was expecting much smoother shifts bcz of the awesome reviews this part has...but honestly so far, I barely feel any difference. Just installed it, hopefully it gets better after a few hundred miles on it or maybe I should learn how to shift again :/ ... Anyhow, super easy to install 30 minutes max.
Huge improvement over the stock mount. Can feel a huge difference in shifting, much smoother ride now. Install was incredibly simple, even for someone with little mechanic experience.
Had a tech at my dealership install mount. Discovered previous owner had installed a cp-e brand mount. The mount was broken! Installed the CS mount, and wow what a difference. I was wondering why I had been having such a hard time making smooth shifts. Now I know why. With the CS mount the shifting and feel of the power is so smooth. Amazing difference!

So I am doing some research for aftermarket rear motor mounts on your page and came across two that seem compatible for my 2008 Mazda speed 3. What is the difference between the $99.99 and the $125.99 one? I am a little confused .. please compare and contrast the two
