Fitment and Design:
The Carbon Fiber Spoiler is based off of the original Mazdaspeed spoiler so the OEM style and fitment is retained. The overall look of the spoiler is set apart with the addition of carbon fiber to help take the look of your Mazdaspeed to the next level.
Materials:
The CS Carbon Spoiler is made of a combination of materials including a fiberglass base that is then overlaid with a layer of carbon fiber on the top side of the spoiler. The underside of the spoiler is finished in black and the whole spoiler gets finished with a UV-resistant epoxy resin to provide the high gloss finish and protection from the elements. The upper and lower halves come together along the trailing edge with a clean seam that nearly disappears.
Installation & Hardware:
Included with the CorkSport Carbon Fiber Spoiler is all the necessary hardware that is needed to make installation quick and simple. Installation of the CS Spoiler is OEM-like and no modifications to the hatch are required. We even pinned the supplied 3rd brake light wiring so the existing OEM third brake light connector can be used!
- Fitment on 2004-2009 Mazda 3 hatchback is possible however it has not been confirmed. You may have extra holes from the OEM Mazda 3 spoiler and/or have a different style third brake light that makes the CS spoiler’s brake light unnecessary. Purchase for Mazda 3 at your own risk.
- Add-on mods such as spoiler extensions or gurney flaps that fit the OEM MS3 spoiler should fit the CS carbon fiber spoiler, however, they have not been test fitted.
- The underside of the Carbon Fiber Spoiler is a gloss piano black finish for manufacturing reasons. This is not very noticeable when installed on the vehicle.

For the first couple months the spoiler looked great, fitting it onto my 07 speed 3 was no problem as well. For the price of the spoiler you expect the best of this spoiler, however my experience was that this spoiler fades in the first couple months of just being exposed to the sun for 2-3 hours a day. Now i feel like I have to spend another $300 on a brand new one…

Worked wonderful! After shearing the center bolt on my OEM spoiler, was waiting to get another OEM painted for..quite..a higher price but the second I saw this I was super excited! Install is pretty smooth and looks great! Nothing bad to say about it (And on a grey speed 3 it looks very lowkey, which is what i was going for).
