Provides a much cleaner look on the hatch. Makes washing a lot easier and saves a couple pounds. My 2023 doesn't have the clips on the lock button but I found simply removing the panel causes the assembly to detatch and disconnect from the harness.

I got this as a gift from my boyfriend because he knew I was thinking about getting it and I love it! It really makes the back of the car look more sleek and is a great little modification if you don’t use your rear wiper. Installation was not bad at all and the instructions were very helpful.

I bought this unsure if I should - living in Canada and snow is a thing, BUT... I found out I really don't use the rear wiper, and have left it in place for a few good snows now. Makes cleaning off snow a breeze and I don't miss my wiper at all!

Very easy install. Only issues I had was to remove the lock button for the liftgate and the tabs were a pain the butt to even see or get to. Everything else was a piece of cake. I'd say possibly 30-45 min for first run but putting everything back together took about 8-12 minutes.

Instructions make it easy to install. Be sure to put something on the bolt threads or it will leak as the instructions indicate. I used Teflon Tape instead of Loctite as it will be easier to take apart, if needed.

Good morning was just wondering if this would work on a cx3 and if not do us this this is something us would consider doing for this model.

I haven’t gotten the kit yet - Is it expressly necessary to reinstall the windshield wiper motor (and it’s bracket)? I’d rather avoid any unnecessary weight so the hatch lid is a bit lighter to lift.
