Will this fit the 05 Mazda 3 2.0 or 2.3? Thanks in advance!
It was designed specifically for the turbo 2.3 and has not been fit to the NA models.
Will this work with your turbo upgrade?
Yes it will with work with our CST4 and CST5 if you are using the stock exhaust manifold.
Do this heat shield come with new fasteners like the engine cover?
It comes with 3 new bolts
I have a Sure Manifold, can this work for aftermarket manifolds?
It is only designed to work with the OEM manifold
do you have any data on the drop in temperature with this on?
Does the heat shield only come in black?
Only black.
Does this heat shield work better than the OEM unit, or is it just for decoration?
It does reflect heat away from the top mount intercooler.
Will this work with a custom manifold?
If the OEM heat shield fit the customer manifold then ours will.
i have xspower exhaust manifold, it's ok ??
Honestly, I have not had anyone test this out yet. If the exhaust mani goes higher than where the stock heat shield would be, then i would guess that it will not fit.
