About The CST6

If you’re looking for big power for your Mazdaspeed without the headache of non-OE style fitment, then you have come to the right place. The CorkSport CST6 owns the Mazdaspeed Stock Flange Turbine Record at 684whp all while using stock flange components.

We've crafted a high-performance turbocharger that you, the Mazdaspeed enthusiasts, will love. The CST6 responds quickly, supports over 600WHP, and works seamlessly with stock-style turbine flanges. It features a Garrett CHRA with a Ceramic Dual Ball Bearing Cartridge, enhancing response and durability for high-boost applications. In testing, the CST6 has been pushed to 38psi, maxing out an auxiliary fuel system flowing 40gph of methanol.

The CST6 is equipped with a 0.82 A/R turbine and a 4” anti-surge compressor cover, perfectly balancing the turbine and compressor wheel sizes. This setup delivers around 20psi by 3800-3900 RPM and supports top-end power up to 8000 RPM. The result is a thrilling and powerful performance across the entire power curve.

The CST6 Turbo is available in Externally Wastegated (EWG) setup only and does include the necessary EWG installation elbow pipe & V-band clamp. We also offer a direct fit dump tube!

The included CorkSport 4.5Bar MAP sensor is designed to offer accurate and near-instantaneous readings to ensure your car is staying safe. Boost pressure readings are accurate all the way out around 48psi while response time for both pressure and temperature is mere 2 milliseconds. The CS 4.5Bar MAP Sensor uses a custom injection molded body that mimics the OEM MAP sensor. This means a quick 15-30 minute plug-and-play install with no need for custom wiring or expensive adapter harnesses.

We chose ball bearings to boost durability, especially given the large wheels and high boost levels that put extra strain on the CHRA. Plus, we've specially modified the Garrett CHRA to fit seamlessly with the OEM Mazda oil drain line, making your installation a breeze.

Each CST6 comes with the elbow and clamp to fit a Tial 44mm (or equivalent) wastegate. If you want to further simplify your install, be sure to pick up the optional CS direct fit dumptube so no fab is needed on your CST6 install!

Each component is CAD designed and validated on car for fitment and performance. Three components: the manifold, flange elbow, and dumptube come together to create the most complete exhaust manifold kit available.

Runner Design:

The CorkSport exhaust manifold design provides improved airflow from its smooth radius bends. The CS manifold accomplishes this through its tubular design with 1.59-inch diameter runners and smooth bends as opposed to the sharp bends of the OEM and other aftermarket manifolds. This is a superior improvement to the 1.41-inch runners in the XS Power V3. These efficiencies provide a smooth flow of air resulting in improved performance of your Mazdaspeed!


2007-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 Turbo Manifold

High Flow:

Using a combination of computer-aided flow simulations and flow bench testing, the CorkSport Exhaust Manifold was optimized to enhance peak flow capacity and overall performance. Flow bench testing at 28 inches of H2O demonstrated an average CFM flow improvement of 45% over OEM and 33% over the XS Power V3.


2007-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 Turbo Manifold

Bullet Collector:

The CorkSport manifold features a shallow 16-degree angle collector with a defined "bullet" point to enhance flow efficiency into the turbine, boosting peak flow and power. With individual runner lengths ranging from 10.50 to 12.40 inches, it improves flow balance while preserving the distinctive Mazdaspeed exhaust note.


Speed3 EWG Dump Tube

Dumptube:

With the unique location of the EWG we developed a custom fit 2-piece dumptube that makes installation easy. You can add this optional dumptube and avoid the high cost and time to have a custom dumptube fabricated. Designed to work with most typical downpipe and turbo setups.


Cast Mazdaspeed Exhaust Manifold

Manufacturing:

With the high heat and pressure demands put on the exhaust manifold; material and strength are critical. The CorkSport manifold is investment cast from 304 stainless steel with 0.50in (13mm) thick flanges and 0.20in (5mm) thick runner walls. This manifold is beefy so it can handle the high power high heat reliably.

About The Block Off Plate

The CorkSport EWG Cap will easily block off any unneeded or unused external wastegate port in your manifold or turbine housing. We took all critical design dimensions directly from a Tial MV-R 44mm wastegate so you can be confident you will have a perfect fit with no leaks.

Materials & Manufacturing:

Each CS EWG block off is precision machined from 303 stainless steel for great fitment, corrosion resistance, and strength. Included with every cap is a stainless steel v-band clamp so install is simple and you don’t need to go hunting for the correct clamp!



  • Auxiliary fueling is required for the peak power operation of the CST6.
  • EWG flanges designed for Tial 44mm or equivalent external wastegates.
  • Some downpipes may need relocation of the primary O2 sensor location for manifold installation.
  • Some downpipes may not work with the optional dump tube.
  • Provided firewall heat shield does not work with Mazdaspeed 6 and RHD Mazdaspeed 3 Models
  • Compatible with TMIC with modification to the rear mounting bracket and without the use of the manifold-mounted EWG.
  • EWG cap fits on turbo and manifold EWG ports. Ensure cap is centered on wastegate port and tighten supplied clamp to 8-12ft-lbs.
  • CST6 Warranty is 1-year, while the Exhaust Manifold carries a 2-year warranty
