Maximize airflow and increase power with the CorkSport Power Series Single Exit 60mm Exhaust for the 2010-2013 2.0 liter standard and SkyActiv Mazda 3.

Featuring dual resonators, a slip fit compression connection to the aft end of the catalytic converter and a single tailpipe design, the CorkSport Mazda 3 exhaust eliminates the factory tailpipe muffler and features a non-resonated CorkSport dual wall 90mm exhaust tip.

During testing, the CorkSport Mazda 3 Power Series Single Exit Exhaust went from a baseline of 118hp/110lb ft. of torque to a respectable 135hp and 123lb ft. of torque at the wheels when tested with the CorkSport Power Series Short Ram Intake. The 2.0L results are moderate at the bottom end (with around a 4-5hp/tq gain) below 4000rpm with the majority of the power coming on rapidly at around 4500rpm and held steadily to the 7000rpm redline. This really shows how constrained the stock system was for the smaller 2.0L engine.

The CorkSport Advantage:

  • Features dual resonators, a slip fit compression connection and single tailpipe design.
  • Mandrel bent Stainless Steel T304 construction for corrosion resistance and clean stylish look.
  • Optional 60mm racepipe with or without high flow catalytic converter* attaches between the factory header downpipe flange and the front compression fitting of the cat-back portion of the exhaust system
  • Distinctive performance sound mild but noticable at cruise and idle and a distinctive growl at wide open throttle and free rev.
  • Picks up all of the stock hanger locations.
  • Power Series exhaust AND racepipe will not cause a CEL (Check Engine Light).
  • Corksport Service and Support: Receive a 2 year warranty, full color installation instructions, all of the needed installation hardware, and knowledgeable telephone installation support.

    * HIGH FLOW CATALYSTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN CALIFORNIA.

**Installation of the cat back system requires cutting your factory exhaust system after the second catalyst. The race pipe versions of the exhaust are bolt on with no cutting required. See CorkSport FAQ and Instructions for detailed instructions.

I just added this exhaust system, with the race pipe. It sounds great, has a nice low growel, then when you step on it, it sounds like a racing sports car. I also have the short ram air kit, so there is a horsepower increase. The horsepower gain really kicks in after you reach 40 mph. At first you might not think your takeoff is as quick, because of the sound, but it is. Thanks Corksport.
I got this setup with the cats and race pipe! It sounds unbelievable great! Worth every penny! I love it so much and I am happy to have corksports sticker on my car with their products
Exhaust sounds amazing and is the exact tone that I wanted it to be. Nice and deep, doesn't sound like a ricer at all. A little louder than I thought it would be but this is only when it is at high idle when you first start the car after that it is a nice medium rumble unless at full throttle and then it is decently loud.
A well built exhaust system with an awesome sound and easy to install worth every penny. I got it with race pipe and it's loud at some points but who cares long as it sounds good but there is a noticeable increase in hp when combined with the Power series short ram intake with airbox on a 2012 Mazda 3 skyactive. If you thinking about getting this get it you won't be disappointed great job Corksport great job.
The exhaust sounds great! Zero drone and has a nice tone. I wanted so switch things up a little so i took out the 1st resonator and the car sounds even better (even crackles and pops)
Definitely recommend it!
I love this exhaust! It sounds ridiculously amazing- loud and very deep exhaust tone (especially when paired with the SRI). It is a little louder in the cabin that I though it would be, but that's fine- there is still no highway drone. 100% recommend!

I live in New York. I was at a red light, with a cop on my right. I revved my engine, he revved back. So we took off when the light was green, he wound up stopping me. Thought I was going to get a bunch of tickets. Instead he was totally cool. He just wanted to see the mods I did to my car. Showed him all of them, he said that is awesome. He said its a little loud, but not illegally loud. He told me it sounds great! He said it was done right, not those stupid fart cans. Told me it is completely road legal because this exhaust doesn't change the emissions, just the sound. Makes me happy that my upgrades are not illegal, but make my care run better!
Have the sri, and air box as well. Got the racepipe with it. Worth it so you can just swap your oem exhaust on easily when your car comes up for inspection, if you live in one of the few that actually check the exhaust. Sounds awesome. Didn't think doing an intake, and exhaust I would get anything but more noise, its slightly noticeable, especially when getting going on an uphill incline, you can almost dump the clutch with out giving it gas, and it won't stall. Oh! Almost forgot the best part! There is no muffler! No nonsense on this exhaust! It's super high quality and as straight of a 3" pipe as you can buy and easily bolt on!

Is their instructions for the installation for the race pipe? Because the instructions are saying to cut the exhaust.

I'm still waiting for my exhaust to come in but my only question is on emissions. I live in California with strict emission laws. Should I be worried about my car not being able to pass a smog test?

I have a 2012 Mazda 3 skyactiv hatch. So let me get this straight, stock the car has 2 cats correct? and going with just the race pipe eliminates the second monitored cat, and going with the race pipe with high flow cat replaces the 1st monitored cat and eliminates 2nd unmonitored cat? Also is this legal in PA?

I have a 2013 skyactiv M3S. In the "ultimate mazda performance guide" it says that [Big gain can be had by upgrading the main catalyst to a high flow cat] after it says [Cat-back exhaust will yield 5-10 %horsepower on most late models mazda's] page 49-50. My question is, how much horsepower should I expect with, 1 - cat-back + race pipe 2- cat-back +race pipe + high flow catalyst. Also why can't I find headers anywhere for the 2013 skyactiv M3S

My exhaust is just shy of 3 years old so no warranty, but it keeps cracking off right on the weld of the second resanator(the small one closest to the tail pipe) I've had it welded but it still seems to break after a short time! Was thinking about deleting the second resanator and replacing with a piece of pipe, would this alter the sound in a bad way? Or caus loss of power? I have a 2013 mazda 3 2.0l skyactiv

Hey spencer, I have tried to contact y'all by phone Instagram and Facebook. I have an exhaust leak where the race pipe clamps to the rest of the exhaust. Is there a gasket I can use? Or am I clamping wrong? I have tried the clamp in many positions, it is leaking from the 3 cutouts which I suppose are there to help the clamp be effective

I have a 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv and I'm located in California. It says the race pipe + high flow catalysts are not available for California. Is this because of SMOG issues? If I get the race pipe only, what are the benefits? If I was able to get the race pipe + high flow catalyst, what are the benefit? I'm trying to get a louder sound as well as performance gains, but I would like to pass SMOG still.
