I'm on eibach sport line springs, would these help me go an inch lower from stock struts/shocks?

Just installed these yesterday, and they work better than I could have imagined with Swift springs on my 2011 MS3.
My stock shocks and struts had 77K miles on them and couldn't dampen the Swift springs effectively, I was constantly bottoming out the shocks during everyday driving.
With these: PROBLEM SOLVED! Even on the softest setting, no more harsh bottoming out, excellent rebound control, nice upgrade from the OEM shocks/struts. On firmer settings, the ride tightens up predictably, but NEVER gets too harsh even when I set them at "15" just to see how they felt. I'll probably run them in the "8-10" range for daily driving and never look back. Great upgrade for the MS3!

Will these work with a stiffer spring like the h&r's for the 2007 mazda3. And how do these stack up against the koni yellows, because these much more reasonably priced!

For the rear dampner settings it's not clear to me whether you can adjust the settings while the struts/shocks are on the car, or they have to be removed like the more expensive Koni's?

CorkSport Reply:The fronts adjust from the top under the hood. The rears adjust from the top of the shock inside the rear wheel well. They do not need to be removed to adjust.

My 2007 Speed 3 was feeling tired after 95K miles with the stock stuff and I decided this kit was reasonably priced after a little shopping. Doing it myself saved $500 from my mechanics quote and his quote was for factory replacement parts, so I may have saved a little bit more.
Installation was around 8 hours total and that was just me (no help from friends) and with what I consider my "weekend" mechanic skills. I did have all the tools I needed including a spring compressor. I read the directions a few times to be sure I understood correctly and took my time, but in the end, the car now has that new car feel driving down the road. Awwww.
One small snag I ran into was that the stock strut bumpers were both split and had to be replaced (not part of the kit), but a quick trip to the local auto store and they were able to get them to me the next day. If I had known that may have been an issue, I would have had them in hand prior to starting my project. My fair warning.
Other than that, no big install issues
I adjusted the struts and the shocks to the "8" click/middle position and I have not experimented with making any adjustments, but that seems good for my daily driving duties.
I do recommend this kit for the do-it yourselfer and thanks guys at Corksport for sending me a hand written note with my purchase.

I know that the rear set are the set from your coilover set, but what in formation can you give me about the front set, if i do proceed with this purchase will they be able to handle the tein s springs, i want to be as stiff as possible with very minimal body roll,but smooth on regular days
So these will lower the car if I'm on your lowering springs? If so, by how much? Or do they keep the height at which the lowering springs are currently at?

These dont adjust the height. That is reliant on what springs you use.
So this damper won't change the height difference? Especially in the front? I'm currently on swift springs and other shocks like konis would raise the front a little

This are built to retain stock ride height unless you have lowering springs installed.
I have SWIFT spec-R springs on my mazdaspeed and I know that your struts / springs works with others that were mentioned I am just curious if they are compatible to my setup.

They should be. We have not had anyone pair those two together yet.
What all is missing in this kit? Does this come with a top mount? Dust cover sleeve? Bump stop?
Would those all be things I would have to buy separate?

These come with everything you need for install. You will transfer over the top hat for the fronts, and the dust covers in the rear. Also, the rears already have bump stops installed when you get them.
Do these shocks raise height? How do they compare to oem in all aspects of performance? Why only 2 years warranty when koni and other competitors offer lifetime warranty?

These will retain the stock ride height. You will definitely be bale to notice the dampening in these. The warranty we offer is what was decided by the big boss man!
Our shocks are more geared towards day to day driving on the street. No video is needed to adjust them, you just rear inside the wheel well and turn the adjuster.
What is the projected lifespan of these shocks/struts?

How you use them and road conditions play a lot into the lifespan. If the roads in your area are relatively good they should last as long as the OEM units.
Are these the same shocks/struts you guys sell combined with the Corksport springs for i believe its 6 something ? In need of both, so might get the package that comes with both, thanks.
