Description
Superior Construction:
Tial uses high temp NiCrFe based alloy valve and 316SS valve housing which offers longer product life compared to competing designs. The diaphram is a High temperature silicone reinforced with Nomex aka the same stuff used in fireproof suits. This translates into a lasting design which will survive whatever you can thrown at it on your Mazdaspeed3/6.
Easy Fitment:
The MVR wastegate features 3 lower ports and two top ports for easy install, no need to rotate the actuator top at all and plugs are included for unused ports. V-Band inlet and outlet make installation easy with everything included you need for installation into a Mazdaspeed 3 or Mazdaspeed 6. Integrated -4 AN water cooling ports that cycle a small amount of coolant through the actuator top to keep the temperatures down in extreme conditions such as road racing.
Compatible Design:
We designed the CorkSport Mazdaspeed Exhaust Manifold to use the Tial MV-R External Wastegate. This was done as Tial products are the best in the industry and is leader worldwide in all forms of motorsports.
