Just got this HPFP installed with a fresh dyno and gained 15WHP! At the same time, i took out the butterfly in the intake manifold and also gained 20WTQ! This fuel pump is incredible people!

I received my CS HPFP internals last week and installed them this past weekend (October 3rd). It took about 4 hours going very carefully. I parked my car Friday night and when I opened the high pressure rail, nothing came out at all. I didn't use relays to cut off the fuel; I just shut down normally the night before. Results may vary! For the 19mm nut, I used a tie-wrap, as suggested in the excellent Youtube video provided by CS that I watched 2x before starting the job. 1 hour of my time was spent with that high pressure line both when trying to slide out the pump and later to slide it in. It seemed like the unit wouldn’t come out, but the problem was just that it is low-tolerance and the force of the high pressure tube was causing the unit not to slide out easily. I pushed down that rail and the unit came straight out. Then straight in, but pulling the tube back up was painful. My setup is all Corksport SRI/TIH, HPFP, and TMIC. I’m using a Cobb with a stage 1 map for the Corksport SRI/TIH and 91/92 Octane, to which I always add $3 O’Reilly octane boost, just for some added margin. The car is smoother and faster and pulls harder to redline. At first I thought it was just the post-mod feeling, but after driving for almost a week, I noticed all kinds of differences in how the car pulls in all gears and all speeds. It really is running better with the exact same map I’ve always used. Now I just wish Corksport made Accessport maps for its own mods so I could take better advantage of the better flow from the TMIC with their intake and HPFP. I guess you can’t have everything.

I just finished installing this last night on a gen2 MS3 (it took about 1.5 hours with help from a friend). I definitely recommend having a friend help, as reinstalling the pump housing and lining up the high pressure fuel line would have been nearly impossible by myself. The majority of our time was spent removing and reinstalling the pump housing. Assembling the internals is a piece of cake - thanks to the clear instructions (I watched the video and read the print instructions twice before installing) and provided tools. The car fired up on the first try with no leaks. Thanks CS for a great quality product!

The fuel pump comes packaged very nicely with well designed tools and amazing instructions. Install was easy, just take your time and have fun. The results were very noticeable with instant smoothing of the raw feel these cars develop. It's still there, just more eager and stout than before. Save up and spend the money to buy this, it's worth it, and provides ease of mind for later mods. Corksport is the model by which all companies should strive to be, however them not following in suite is what makes me keep coming back for more. The customer service is spectacular, when I call with questions I get to speak to an engineer. Being an engineer, there is nothing more frustrating than sales people BS-ing their way through your questions to get to the gold. This is a company that builds a relationship with their customers, does what they can to help them, and build great products because they care. #SUREillgobuycorksport

I got my CORKSPORT Max Flow Fuel Pump Internals installed today. Oh man! I have only driven 5 miles on them and I already feel the difference. Seems smoother so far. My car has 129k+ miles. On my stock internals, I maxed out at 1735psi, but it didn't really hold and it was high up in the rev range. Still pretty damn good for that many miles and all the mods I have. But, when I want more, I want my car to be safe. After the install I noticed that I was hitting 1700psi+ while I was keeping the RPMs well below 3500 RPMs! Can't wait to open that throttle. I want to take her easy for about 100 miles before that though. Thanks Corksport!

Im Hitting 305 HP right now and fuel pressures maintain at 2000psi. Proven reliable. Last review was a fluke. Forgot to click star rating. Hopefully it doesn't get posted.

The difference between CorkSport's internals compared to the stock internals is night and day. The car feels a lot smoother when you do pulls and it stays aggressive even when you're hovering past 5K on the tac! The install itself was easier than I thought too and the video that CorkSport has on YouTube was really helpful along with the paper instructions. One thing I suggest you do is pull the CIRCUIT fuse in your car and then start the car and let it idle until is dies. I've seen other people do this and their car dies within a few seconds after they turn it over but my car took about 30 seconds until it died so just give it time. Doing this will release pressure and help you loosen the 19mm nut that's on the fuel line. During the actual install of the internals just follow the video and you'll be fine. You don't need gloves when installing the internals, but if you want to wear them then go for it. I personally just had a lint free towel on my kitchen table, a foam pad to put my vice onto, a cup of clean motor oil and a cup of some gasoline from the fuel pump housing, my laptop with the install video on and clean hands. The assembly took about 5 minutes and was pretty simple. When it was time to put the housing back onto the head the fuel line was too high up and causing the housing to go onto the head at a weird angle. After I noticed what was going on I called up my buddy and he pulled the fuel line back as I put the housing in. I definitely recommend two people when you install the housing back into the car because if your fuel line is like mine then you cannot do it alone. After the install I let the car idle for 20 minutes just because I was putting the tools away and getting side tracked by TV. I did take it easy on my car for 100 miles like you do with other internals and not go over 4K just because I wanted to play it safe. Earlier tonight was when I finally went past the 100 mile period and I did my first 3rd gear pull with the new internals. Someone said the car feels like a missile with new internals installed and I have to agree with them. It's also a great feeling to know that I can safely install a downpipe now!
