Perfection. My Autotechs seized up, and there came in. Installation was a breeze. Very happy years later.

This should be anyone's first upgrade for this car no matter what. If you plan on making power of even just putting a intake on, this mod is a must have. Amazing product by an amazing company.

Charles Solberg

An absolute most if you plan on doing power upgrades. Just be careful with the lines that come out of the unit, easy to bend when you are torqueing it down. (Bent mine a little bit... no breaks or kinks luckily)

This review is way past due. First of all, if you plan on putting more power into your car, this is the first mod you need to do period. I did this install about 8 months ago and the difference was obvious from before even starting the car. I could hear more fuel prime the pump once I turned the ignition. It's one thing if you can feel the difference in your car which I could but it's another when you can see it. I was seeing about 1750 psi being produced on my Accessport and now I'm seeing a consistent 2100 psi at WOT. Power Mod list: CAI by CS, Accessport, and HPFP internals.

This HPFP is the best. I've had it installed for about 3 years now with over 150k+ miles on it and no issues even installed this myself with no help (which I don't recommend lol)

Bought my speed 3 used with a couple mods on it from a pay here pay here stealership, was very optimistic to find out if it had an upgraded HPFP among those mods, but because of the work required to take of the HPFP and verify upgraded vs. not. So I ordered the Corksport HPFP just incase it was not upgraded and can upgrade right there in then. So it turns out it had the Autotech HPFP already installed which was cool, but it still crazy how i swapped the HPFP with the Corksport one and it really made a difference, yea the car pulled before, but after swapping it its huge difference. Pushing from 1975 - 2000 PSI to 2000-2100 Psi it really pulls. Instructions were very detailed and good to the T, had zero issues upon install. Thank you Corksport for another great product and giving me a set of Autotech HPFP to sell.

Easy install with the instructions / video / multiple forums outlining the process. Tappet install tools worked great! Use the OEM shaft / tappet as an example as to how firm the tappet should be on. I covered the tappet with a cloth and lightly tapped with my 1/2" ratchet for firm placement. Thanks again CS. Product looks good so far.

Another example of Corksport's engineering prowess. I had a reputable shop install the Corksport HPFP internals a couple months ago and have been impressed with the difference. Transitional throttle behavior is much smoother now. The new internals eliminated a "jerky" sensation which occasionally occurred when rolling on the throttle from coasting or part throttle. This had been most evident in freeway driving. Monitoring the car with an Accessport, I recorded a peak pressure of 1750psi during acceleration runs with the factory internals. With Corksport internals, peak pressure rose to 2075psi. In normal driving (everyday commuting vs attack-mode canyon carving) I have found that the factory tune aggressively leans out the fuel mixture, right to the edge of knock/ping. The internals did not change this behavior, and now that the LTFT has caught up after the install, I still occasionally hear knock/ping when rolling on the throttle. But despite the sound, the car's behavior is sharper and smoother. My car's motor is basically stock (K&N panel filter, CBE). I am the original owner and find it hard to fathom (a) that Mazda sold this car with a substandard pump, and (b) that I waited so long to trust the aftermarket advice and replace it. I highly recommend the upgrade, even for a factory tune.

Chris Doms

Noticed better fuel pressure immediately after installing these. I couldn't do the install myself but these are well worth it for what should be a first mod on the Mazdaspeed platform. Good job Corksport!
