This durable, synthetic fiber air filter is reusable and water resistant. The unique non-woven filter media does not require oil to filter and trap dirt and actually sheds dirt under engine vibration, unlike cotton-gauze which holds contaminates until you clean your filter.

Old and smooshed filter out, CorkSport filter in. I feel I got 25HP out of it, but probably none. It just can breathe freely now.

Installed this filter replacement on my 2018 Mazda 3 with the CorkSport turbo kit, and I'm impressed. The turbo spool is noticeably louder, adding a sporty feel to the driving experience. The installation was straightforward, and the design seems durable. Overall, a great upgrade for turbocharged Mazda 3 owners looking to enhance both sound and performance.
