Description
The CorkSport lowering springs are designed to offer a ride height that gives your CX-30 a sportier look and blends performance and utility. The CS Lowering Springs reduce the ride height by 1.5in (38mm) in the front and 2.25in (58mm) in the rear on the turbo model. The drop in height lowers the center of gravity for improved performance that is practical for everyday driving while giving you an aggressive stance and better handling for spirited backroad driving.

The CorkSport Advantage
Sportier Ride Height:
The CorkSport lowering springs are designed to offer a ride height that gives your CX-30 a sportier look. The CS Lowering Springs reduces the ride height by 1.5in (38mm) in the front and 2.25in (58mm) in the rear on the turbo model. The difference in spring height offers a more aggressive look that continues to look amazing even when the vehicle is full. The lower stance and the contours of the CX-30 mesh well together and offer a stylish look that turns heads.
Ride & Handling:
The CX-30 CorkSport Lowerings Springs provide better handling and a more confident driving experience. By lowering your CX-30, the center of gravity is reduced, which decreases body roll while increasing confidence when taking corners faster. Apart from adding the CX-30 Lowering Tie Bar, the adjustment to the spring rates aids in reducing body roll when cornering, resulting in a stable, more secure SUV.
Spring Rates & Comfort:
During the development of the CX-30 lowering springs, we found that the spring rates of 3.4K in the front and 5.9K in the rear offer the right balance and retains OE level of comfort. The ride feels better and more responsive specifically while maneuvering or turning the vehicle. The selected spring rates also work well with the factory dampers to properly control the car when the suspension is cycling, so you will feel planted when hitting larger bumps in the road. In our testing, we found a more positive experience all around.
Fitment & Function:
The CorkSport CX-30 lowering springs are designed to be a direct replacement for the OE springs and don’t require any additional parts for installation. Shortening the front and rear bump stops to account for the reduced ride height is needed. This allows the springs to retain proper suspension travel before coming into contact with the bump stop and provides a better ride quality.
Materials & Manufacturing:
The lowering springs are made of high tensile strength spring steel that performs consistently and prevents the spring from sagging over time. The spring also includes isolators to help eliminate unwanted noise from the springs during operation. The CS lowering springs are powdercoated black to protect the springs from corrosion and offer a timeless look for years to come!
- Springs were designed for the US market Mazda CX-30 equipped with the 2.5L Turbo engine. Fitment and ride height has not been confirmed on non-USDM models or models without the turbo engine.
