Combine 60.5mm piping and high flow resonators; the CorkSport Exhaust System outflows the OEM 54mm piping and multi-baffle muffler.
Construction
Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent and TIG welded for a perfect fit and long-lasting durability.
Multiple Design Iterations
Multiple designs were created, tested and daily driven to create an exhaust system that balances performance, sound, and looks.
The extended dual tip section was chosen for its unique low/mid RPM rumble compared to having a split at the tips.

Choose the axle back only section for an improved exhaust note without going over the top or really wake up your MX-5 with the cat back exhaust system which replaces the entire exhaust from the first catalytic convertor back.

I bought the whole enchilada so I do not know if the axle back only kit would produce the exact sound, but I can honestly say after riding, driving, and listening from afar as my wife drives it (her car), that the exhaust note is now perfect. I cannot over emphasize this point. The stock sound was ok, but now it has the deep growl without the high rev harshness you can get from some aftermarket exhausts. The car sounds exactly like it should.

Fits flawlessly! Sounds amazing! However I think it feels like I might have lost horsepower and torque. I notice it's one of the only exhausts for a skyactiv on here that doesn't claim any power gains on the description

Excellent product. Fitment is flawless. I just have a few complaints: Visually, muffler tips are extremely similar to stock. They defenetely have a better finish than stock but visually very similar. If you don't want to call to much attention this is for you. However, exhaust tone with this exhaust increases a lot. So visually won't be calling attention but a lot of it because of the sound. This is my second complaint, the sound is too high including a little bit of drone inside the car.
