Provides increased torque capacity, durability, and extended clutch life. Altering the geometry and engineered stronger diaphragm increases pressure. Diaphragms are heat-treated using an exclusive 3-stage process and the release bearing contact area is hardened to reduce wear. Organic faced Street Disc is designed for smooth engagement and durability. This clutch is great for everyday use and will hold up to the weekend racer.  (Torque Capacity: 217 - 40% pressure increase over stock)

This is a direct, bolt-on, self-contained unit. Install takes about 30mins w/ basic tools. ‘Shift throw’ refers directly to actual physical travel of the shifter stick - thus affecting the time it takes to shift from one gear to another. In a performance situation, the additional seconds (or fractions of a second) a factory stock shifter takes to go from one gear to another can result in slower elapsed times - or just a sluggish feeling when driving around town. The B&M Short Throw Shifter eliminates that sluggish feeling in a daily driver, and gives the racer an extra edge.

The kit contains 4 bushings (2 front - 2 rear) to replace the 4 OEM bushings on the shift linkage. The bushings are machined from a special alloy (Bronzoil) containing oil molecules for self-lubrification (oil is released as bushing wears). Machined to much closer tolerances than the original ones, these bushings will provide more positive shifts and will eliminate sluggishness at the expense of a bit more vibration on the shift lever. Another key advantage is the self-lubrication that provides year-round reliability. *does not work on all after market shifters.   Please note on some Mx6/626/Ford Probe models they require a new larger bolt to install the shifter bushings.

The stainless clutch line won't expand like the OE rubber one allowing more pressure to go to the clutch . This line is constructed from scratch for it's specific use, it is not a brake line that happens to fit. *Colored plastic coating available for $2 extra .

The CorkSport short shifter decreases the stock throw by 25% over the stock shifter.  This is a modification you will use everytime you drive your car.  The shifter uses the standard Mazda M10 x 1.25 thread pitch so the stock shift knob screws right on.  The shifter includes full instructions for easy installation.

The Quaife Differential powers both drive wheels under nearly all conditions, instead of just one. With an ordinary open differential, standard on most cars, a lot of precious power is wasted during wheelspin under acceleration. This happens because the open differential shifts power to the wheel with less grip (along the path of least resistance). The Quaife, however, does just the opposite. It senses which wheel has the better grip, and biases the power to that wheel. It does this smoothly and constantly, and without ever completely removing power from the other wheel.  Installing this differential requires other pieces.  You will need a shortened MX3 V6 drivers side axle and a custom stub shaft (prt-6-065) we have machined for this specific purpose.  The axle stub is machined for the 28 spline axle.
